I did read the readme.txt but this was still a bit too complicated for me =(
I can see there is potential though, it probably needs some polish and more feedback on player actions to become enjoyable.
Some interface with buttons would have help to make the game more enjoyable. I spend my time trying to navigate in the menu ( which was extremely difficult with my azerty keyboard... )
I like it, its a fun simulation, and can get difficult quick, good job!
I got this to run through wine, but the audio was goofed, so I had to N/A for audio.
Otherwise, nifty game. Add a cleaner UI, clean up the movement, and this game would keep my attention for hours.
Nice, best i did was pop of 22. don't know how to get those black circles to not turn white and eat all my pink squares. :)

I will surely try to make the game simpler and more balanced, I have already fixed some things and will probably put a new version at some point.
commanderstitch: The phagocytes (black circles) will see bacteria if they are too close to it or a B Lymfocyte (green pixels) catches one of your bacteria, so watch out for them.
Readme.txt should explain everything, but I admit that it's very messy. I will probably remake that too :)
