It was a bit hardcore, but I won
@udnru: by hardcore, do you mean they suddenyl start spawning HEAPS of enemies? Because I was not sure if I really wanted that, I thought it sped up the gameplay a bit so I left it in. In an updated version, I may include different styles, like slower spawning or just hardcore or easier :P

Good arted evolution phases. But all you can is staying at coner and firing horizontal.
Fun. Beat it. It's about the right length for me. Gameplay is a bit simple though, but what can you do in 48 hours, eh?
Cool game. hardcore at the end. Too bad there is only one level.
Really easy at the start then hard at the end, just have to mash away at the spacebar till they all die. I thought I found a spot you could just sit at and not take any damage but the only place you can do that is on the guy who's evolving then just change directions.

I found it pretty easy - finished it first time - though that might be because it slowed down a lot for me with lots of enemies on screen. Nice graphics and good overall result. For enhancements I'd suggest a bit of variety in enemies and their behaviour.
So from suggestions I think for a post-compo version, I'm gonna add maybe more levels/a scrolling level and and a variety of enemies. I have fixed some bugs that make this ridiculously easy to finish, and I need to work on the spawning system so v1 of post-compo should be out this week, maybe next.
Fun game! Kinda super-crate-boxy. I liked the animations on Volve.

Pretty easy for me, too. A fun little time-killer.
Also, I noticed my health was at zero seconds before winning, you might want to check that out. You might have it die only when health is less than zero or something like that.
Actually there is a timer that counts to 2 seconds before changing the state, and if that timer is running (within those two seconds) and you fully evolve, it still takes you to the win game state :P Thanks for the feedback! Wouldn't have been able to find that without it :)
