I like the idea, especially with the creature editor, but for me it took a really long time to score each hit on the enemy because of the turning circles and judging bullet speed etc, so I didn't get to try it out too much.

I like this entry - it fits with the theme, and the idea of attaching parts is nice. Very spore-esque, I enjoyed it a lot. Great work, this is one of the entries that I really hope gets fleshed out and developed further after the contest!
A point of critique: I think that the controls are a bit awkward - I'd prefer relative controls (turn left, turn right, accelerate, brake), and it's a little slow paced for my tastes - you turn so slowly, that it takes forever to kill the first few bad guys, as you mostly end up just spinning in circles. Still, this is a fantastic entry!

I liked this, I'm a big fan of the Captain Forever games, did't mind the slow dogfighting but perhaps the speed/rotation could be separated.

The controls were kinda weird.
Had a nice atmosphere and music, but controls were too slow and ponderous to make it fun. Needed a different background as to begin with I thought all I could do was rotate, interesting optical illusion.

Weird controls but neat idea! It makes me think to Spore.
