Got it running now. I couldn't figure out the first mission for a while either... WAY too much open space there! But I finally got it. It's a cool game, I love the way the sheep unflock to you, it makes for some cool patterns (although they look more like cattle, with horns). It was fun and interesting smashing them into the building. Very cute rendered graphics. It could desperately use a mini-map or something like that, there's a lot of just plain getting lost involved. And of course... more levels!
Ok, I finally saw the game... Cool concept! :) And great intro... I liked the music, although it became a bit repetitive, and a map would help (not on the first mission of course!)
I wandered all over with my single sheep on the first level. I liked the controls and interaction, but could not at all figure out where to go or what to do. Music gets high quality marks.
Maybe if I figure out the first level I'll give the game a higher score, but even after looking at the readme I couldn't figure out exactly what to do.
This game desperately needs some player-guidance aids. Such huge spaces, and a time limit, means I spent many attempts just trying to find flock. Finally got the lone sheep there and nothing happened... Great music, no other sounds though :( No construction or destruction (apart from the flock, which I'll give you points for). Also far too easy to get a sheep stuck on a wall, and not be able to get them off again).
Fun and original, and the sheep herding aspect is used nicely. The initial confusion (for EVERY map) can be forgiven, but I wish their were more maps. Sound, graphics, and overall presentation are nice, but, like most, the gameplay theme is mostly ignored.
Where's the construction? This was really interesting and definitely different from the rest of the entries. I liked it, though the first level was kind of boring.
I wish this were more finished, it seems like it would be a lot of fun with more stuff in it. Spend less time on the SodaMaxx screen and more time on the level, :) . Graphics were really cute and ran very smoothly.
I really had fun with this one. The gameplay is great and it's really fun to collect an army of sheep. I would have wished more levels though, and the first one removed since it spoiled the start of the game. The graphics and sounds were nice.
Solid game you've got there. Had some problems getting it going initially, but you seemed to get it all cleared up. Graphics are good considering the time. Soundtrack was a funky addition, nice work there. Construction theme, there isn't much there on it (sure, you "construct" an army, but ah well). None the less, its put together quite well, it has a nice difficulty to it, and has lots of sheep :). Good stuff.
