Apr 21 10:17:08 Compulse. ♥ 2 I love your art style! What tool did you use for it? It's a clever spin on 'signal' to have tower defence game based around communicating with the other towers. I had a bit of a hard time figuring out which way the the signal would go from the circle indicator. I would suggest showing a preview of the signal when rotating the tower. Cheers!
Apr 21 10:36:35 19m 27s Pulse Rescue ♥ 1 I really liked the smooth controls of the spacecraft. Flying through the asteroids gave a good bit of that space pilot fantasy. Took me a bit to figure out that I had to land on the top of the stranded ship to enter it. Great fit with the theme. Cheers!
Apr 21 11:38:52 1h 02m ENIGMAUS ♥ 1 Fun game! Felt like I was simulating cheese star system with mice planets. The music has just the right vibe. It was a bit tough cutting the cheese at the place I wanted at the start of the round when the wheel is close to whole.
Apr 21 11:55:44 16m 52s LEFT ON RED ♥ 2 Very nice take on 'signal'! Gives a classic flash game vibe. Basic mechanic is super fun. With a little more polish, I could see myself taking turns playing this with a friend and trying to beat each other's score. It might make for a tighter game if the round was a bit shorter and more intense. And I think I ran into the same bug as zimennik. Cheers!
Apr 21 12:49:18 53m 34s МIИISTЯУ OF SIGИДL ♥ 2 Nice entry! It's very satisfying to see the letters start appearing on the screen as you play with the knobs. But the real star was the typewriter. It really pulled me into the mood. I found it a bit hard to find what goes in the time field. One nitpick with the radio knobs: It feeeeels like I should be able to drag the knob with my mouse to rotate it. Once I realized that's not how it works, it was fine.
Apr 21 20:47:55 7h 58m Drowned by the Light ♥ 8 Your art style is gorgeous. Would you mind sharing what tools you used for your art? I also really liked the idea of the rotating wedge that gives you vision but also hurts you. Excellent entry! I had some trouble seeing how much more hurt I could still take. Could that be made a bit clearer somehow?
Apr 21 21:16:59 29m 04s Drum`n`Ice ♥ 9 Fun game! Since each action takes 6 beats, could I suggest using a song in 6/4 rather than 4/4? I think that would make the rhythm a bit more intuitive.
Apr 22 06:58:20 9h 41m Radio Tower ♥ 2 Nice game! It would help to have an indicator showing which towers were already set on autofire
Apr 23 20:56:48 37h 58m phone home ♥ 1 Hey! We made a game called "Robo phone home". Very different genre though :)
Apr 24 19:13:42 22h 16m Love Caps ♥ 1 Lovely little game! I quite like the idea of the overworld/underworld split. Must have been a blast making all the different 🍄 sprites! Or did it get tiring after a while?
Apr 24 21:49:47 2h 36m Echo ♥ 3 Excellent entry! I like your interpretation of signal and you've come up with a pretty good set of map elements to build levels with. Thanks @yakovdavis for you post on the visualization tech. It's quite insightful!
Apr 29 19:41:14 117h 51m Beams of Bermuda ♥ 1 Clever idea! I liked hearing the sound effects. I could feel that you were having making them :)
Apr 29 19:57:09 15m 55s Five Nights With Kitty ♥ 1 I think it's kind of cool that you made all the graphics in MS paint. It would be good to have some gameplay feedback to show the player that they are on the right track. I wasn't really sure I was doing what I was supposed to.
Apr 29 20:08:30 11m 21s Per Signum ♥ 1 Nice entry! Would love to see the deck building aspect get more fleshed out
Apr 29 20:14:23 5m 53s Space Rover ♥ 1 Thanks for the entry! It feels like you could make a compelling puzzle game by putting everything on a grid
Apr 29 20:25:02 10m 39s I Contact ♥ 1 I love that the art is hand drawn! I also have no idea whatsoever what I'm supposed to do.
Apr 29 20:30:21 5m 19s Follow my ski-gnal! ♥ 1 Wow, I am absolutely terrible at this :)
Apr 29 20:48:01 17m 40s Status - It's you. ♥ 2 I kept accidentally sending the drone in the wrong direction. Perhaps, it would be good if the buttons for moving the drone stay in their fixed places. As in 'move top' should always be in the same position (e.g. the first one) and so forth. You could have all of them always present and just disable the ones that are not relevant.
Apr 30 19:40:58 22h 52m Steampunk Ship ♥ 0 Fun entry! I'm not sure what the other rooms did, so I mostly just kept shuttling between shooting pirates and gaining height.
Apr 30 19:51:30 10m 32s Static Echoes ♥ 1 I like your art style. Not sure I agree with reducing visual clarity when the signal strength gets low. I found it basically impossible to do anything once it got to 30-40s. I think it's more fun when the player has more agency when time is running out rather than less.
May 1 22:04:15 26h 12m Signal Saboteur ♥ 1 Cute little platformer. The sound effects and art kind of reminded me of the old Neopets games.
