| Apr 15 23:36:12 | HEXX | ♥ 1 | The first game so far that I've seen that made me immediately stop and play it - It's such a brilliantly simple concept executed flawlessly. (Even if the AI kicked my rear...) - Definitely keeping this as a game to play with friends. Great work! | |
| Apr 17 11:19:27 | 35h 43m | Summon-a-Spot | ♥ 1 | This reminds me of some sort of old-flash game I played, and definitely hits the 'fun' factor to me. - I spent longer than I'd like to admit trying to cheese out a couple levels (just to discover there's a penalty for hitting the barriers). I personally don't feel this really fits the theme of 'Summoning', but other than that it's a great experience that feels like a re-imagining of games I last played a decade ago. |
| Apr 17 11:28:44 | 9m 17s | Summoning Sun | ♥ 3 | A game that tells you nothing, but also everything that you needed to know. The strong standout for me is the sound! Playing this with headphones on and listening to the sound get more creepy as time went on was intense. The theme is strong here and not knowing exactly what was going on definitely adds to the experience. A great short little experience. |
| Apr 17 11:44:31 | 15m 47s | Hell of a job | ♥ 2 | Great interpretation of the theme - The music makes you feel much more rushed than you actually are, adding a great sense of tension to everything. Honestly my only disappointment in this game is that I wished it went on for longer. Some more levels in a post-jam release would be neat! |
| Apr 17 14:23:01 | 2h 38m | Frame Wizards | ♥ 3 | A fun little puzzle! It took me longer than I'd like to admit that I could go back to the previous screen to try other combinations. Definitely quite short & sweet but is a nice use of the summoning theme. |
| Apr 17 14:33:38 | 10m 37s | Invocation | ♥ 1 | I like the idea and the first few levels were quite good, however after a short period of time it starts to become very trial-and-error. Additionally, I'm not sure if it's a bug but I had to mute the audio after not very long, thanks to it seemingly peaking out constantly and making a horrible crackling sound the entire time. |
| Apr 17 14:41:00 | 7m 22s | The First of the End | ♥ 0 | Definitely a great start, however the controls are a little unintuitive at first - Once I figured them out I was able to fight the monsters, but never really found them a threat. The dash is fun to use and it's nice that the enemies can also use the dash, forcing you to give them a wide berth and can catch you off-guard. |
| Apr 17 14:55:02 | 14m 02s | SAKURA | ♥ 1 | I Quite enjoyed this one! Despite not reading how to play it only took a couple turns to figure out the rules & how to play. While Hard mode kicked my rear, I had a good time with the easy mode, at least :P The music nicely fits the ninja theme & I always enjoy a creative interpretation of the theme |
| Apr 17 15:28:54 | 33m 52s | Puddle of Death | ♥ 2 | This was a super fun game and one of the few games I've played where I was actually disappointed that it ended. The world is cute and the music fits really well. I feel like if you added just a little more content, or made some sort of endless mode, it'd be very hard to put down. However, the camera could really use some work - It's really what holds this game back from being better. - It could do with being a little more zoomed out and much more static. - It's really the thing that holds this game back the most. (And probably the main reason I didn't replay it...) |
| Apr 17 15:59:51 | 30m 57s | Summoner Kit Simulator | ♥ 3 | This game has the worst control scheme I think I've ever experienced, and I love it so much for that. The ending had me (and the people I was in a call with) in hysterics the entire time and I don't think there's any words adequate to describe what experiencing this game blind was like. |
| Apr 17 16:17:59 | 18m 08s | A Grave Mistake | ♥ 1 | Unfortunately seems unplayable on the Downloadable file :( - I can dig up the two orange spots but I get softlocked from then onwards |
| Apr 17 16:23:14 | 5m 15s | Ascension | ♥ 4 | As someone who's useless at rhythm games, I can't say for certain how good the later levels are, but the fact that in just 72 hours this seems really polished, has a unique soundtrack and even has calibration does wonders! |
| Apr 18 15:50:30 | 23h 27m | A Following Wind | ♥ 2 | I ended up playing this for much longer than I anticipated! It's such a calming little game, (until you see a ship on a crash-course and start frantically trying to spin it around...). Great Job! |
