| Apr 15 12:10:52 | EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH | ♥ 1 | The sorting game was my favorite from them all, but they were all awesome to play. Nice work! | |
| Apr 15 13:27:36 | 1h 16m | The Bread Soceress Panini! | ♥ 2 | Played the web version, where itch.io cuts off some of the viewport, but its still playable. Interesting concept, the controls took some getting use to for the navigation around the board. But this is the most strategic game I've played so far. Wish there were SFX to round out the experience. |
| Apr 15 14:01:18 | 33m 42s | IWANT | ♥ 1 | this one took me a while to understand, and i still don't fully understand, but it's really interesting. played this one longer than most other entries because it was exciting to get new results. well done! |
| Apr 15 15:19:11 | 1h 17m | Tao | ♥ 2 | wooooooow... this is really well done. I don't have time to complete the game now, but i'm definitely going back to play through the whole thing. I love the design behind this game, introducing new mechanics that build on each other. the music is so fitting, the sfx are satisfying. best game i've played yet in this jam. |
| Apr 15 20:03:34 | 4h 44m | Flying Buttress | ♥ 1 | love the controls, they were difficult but interesting. honestly, the frustrating platforming from the controls fits in with the retro style. music is great too! |
| Apr 16 01:44:16 | 5h 40m | Crummonir | ♥ 1 | I like the art style a lot, and the gameplay seems to have promise, but I don't really understand the goal of the game, whether its survival, or if i'm suppose to summon crystals to shoot the enemies. I also don't know how to gauge whether i can lay down another crystal. |
| Apr 16 01:56:27 | 12m 11s | The Tchernobyl Battle Simulator Deluxe Edition | ♥ 2 | I like the take on the theme! While the core gameplay is simple, I think expanding on this idea with different cards/summons would make this really enjoyable in the future. |
| Apr 16 20:59:15 | 19h 02m | Would you still love me if I was a worm ❤️🪱? | ♥ 4 | i love this game. everything about it. the concept is easy to grasp from the beginning. it introduces new mechanics iteratively. i have to make decisions about cards i want, and if i end up not liking the cards, no problem i trade in a few and get more new stuff. this hits all the parts of video games that i love. the microgames are intresting, because once i figure them out, i could see them being tedious to do. i'm sick of tickling the owl. however, the presentation of those games (and the entire game) is so charming that i don't care if i do them over and over. well done! |
| Apr 16 21:12:40 | 13m 25s | Keyboard Summoner | ♥ 2 | this is great! the bonus round between stages is brilliant. I like have to quickly decide what i might need, and then in my excitement, i mess up the keystrokes, and i get punished for not being precise, but i know that its my fault, and i think that's a brilliant take on how to upgrade between rounds. way more engaging than your typical shop or something else more passive. |
| Apr 17 00:57:15 | 3h 44m | Matthew, Emissary of Balance | ♥ 3 | love the gameplay, art and sfx are delightful. nice work! |
| Apr 17 01:01:50 | 4m 35s | Warlockry | ♥ 1 | i like hand-drawn games a lot, adds a charm to the simple gameplay. it wasn't super clear that i also had to attack the village, so i sat there for a while at first waiting for the next level, then i learned how to summon imps. oops. overall, i had fun, great work. |
| Apr 17 01:06:14 | 4m 24s | Summoning Circles, Á La Carte | ♥ 1 | this was difficult to figure out, but fun once i was able to understand what the book was trying to tell me. |
| Apr 17 01:11:29 | 5m 15s | Shape Defender | ♥ 1 | after going through lots of games with demons and other otherworldly beings, its refreshing to play a game with abstract characters again. SFX were a treat, i like the lighting of the projectiles, and the lens concept was interesting but hard to use. i won mainly by running in circles 🙈. nice work! |
| Apr 17 01:14:00 | 2m 31s | Magnet Head | ♥ 3 | haha, magnets summon things, i love it. fun game, you nailed the slowdown effect, super satisfying throwing things around the stage. great work! |
| Apr 17 01:20:23 | 6m 23s | The Curse of Lake Pineview (Gameboy Color) | ♥ 1 | i didn't know gb studio was a thing! this is so cool. great game, love the art style here. |
| Apr 17 01:24:46 | 4m 23s | Over Scoped | ♥ 1 | i think the idea is solid, as someone that's played a ton of overcooked. i think you should keep at it. |
| Apr 17 13:13:55 | 11h 49m | Bellhivers | ♥ 0 | not a fan of bees, so this was nice to play for a while, had a lot of fun. great work! |
| Apr 17 13:35:35 | 21m 40s | Scummoner | ♥ 3 | this game was just mindless fun. i appreciate someone building a sandbox in the time constraints of the jam. great work! |
| Apr 17 18:42:13 | 5h 06m | Chuck It Up The Mountain | ♥ 1 | i really enjoyed this puzzle platformer. nice job! |
