| Oct 8 12:42:43 | Outland Escape | ♥ 1 | A really polished game! Great detail across everywhere, from the little effects in the overworld, to the popping juicy UI. I liked it a lot. | |
| Oct 8 12:50:32 | 7m 49s | Fun Ant Game | ♥ 1 | Getting obama was really tempting, but worthy. It was fun to strategize the placements of the buildings! I wish there was more liveliness in the game in terms of the visuals and animations, but considering the fact that you only had 3 days, this was pretty impressive on its own! |
| Oct 8 12:52:58 | 2m 26s | Orbit | ♥ 1 | This was pretty fun and satisfying to play, even though it was really simple. It reminded me of an old flash game that I used to play as a kid, and your game transported me back to my childhood 🥹🥹🥹 |
| Oct 8 20:34:41 | 7h 41m | The Little House That Had Been Very Good This Year | ♥ 1 | Pretty simple and cute game. There's something interesting to watching a stack of gift boxes fall down. On one hand, its miserable, but on the other hand, its kinda satisfying to see them tumble down. |
| Oct 8 22:50:14 | 2h 15m | Project Minima | ♥ 2 | This was a pretty cool celeste-like platformer. Sadly I could not make past this section ;-; It seems quite impossible to get past it Screenshot 2023-10-08 184836.png |
| Oct 8 22:57:27 | 7m 13s | BLOCKIES | ♥ 2 | A clever concept for a 3D tetris game! Placing blocks felt really satisfying, and I like the little details about the different blocks having different "game features", it makes it all a pretty unique experience! |
| Oct 8 23:02:59 | 5m 32s | River City Transit | ♥ 1 | What a nice and relatable concept this game has 😆 I found that the best way of survival is to just beat everyone up which was pretty hilarious |
| Oct 9 15:20:51 | 16h 17m | Meowpheus | ♥ 0 | Getting major Undertale and Deltarune vibes from the bullet hell gameplay! Despite it being difficult, I really liked the crayon art style. |
| Oct 9 15:33:20 | 12m 29s | Locked in the DARK | ♥ 3 | Nice concept. The music and the graphics really set the tone for a dark and spooky atmosphere, which fit the theme pretty well. If you're gonna continue working on this game, there's definitely lots of room for improvement. My one tiny suggestion would be to add some transitions between the menu and the level, whether it would be a fade or something else is up to you, but ultimately there are many things to consider for further polishing :) |
| Oct 14 12:51:09 | 117h 17m | Blashout | ♥ 3 | Our concepts ended up pretty similar lol 😆 The game relates with the theme pretty well with the limited vision area. To me what stood out the most was the upgrade system, which was creative with its names and kept me playing more of the game. I do however think that the game is a little too easy right now and the difficulty curve rises quite slowly, so consider doing some balancing if you're going to continue working on it! |
| Oct 15 03:14:00 | 14h 22m | AnathemA | ♥ 1 | I'm impressed by how immersive the game is! You nailed the graphics and the audio. The enemies' movement felt pretty fluid, which increased the eeriness factor this game already had. Add to that, this is your first game in Godot! My only tiny criticism would be the reloading. It got me a little confused at first. I wish it were either automatic or the hint to press "R" wasn't a one time thing. Other than that, awesome entry! |
| Oct 15 14:28:17 | 11h 14m | Payment Comes on Friday | ♥ 2 | I really liked the juiciness of the graphics, from the different expressions of the character to the fluid movement and scaling of the boxes. Despite the repetitiveness of the gameplay, I still enjoyed the game! I'd suggest adding more obstacles in your way with each day, maybe having to do some extra task like labelling boxes or having several sections in the limited space of the truck. |
| Oct 16 17:22:38 | 26h 54m | Glitchstream | ♥ 1 | A very basic shooter game with interesting graphics! Though you do have to take into account that not everyone has a mouse which can toggle its sensitivity manually. Here are a few things I'd recommend adding if you're gonna work on this game more or make another shooter game: - More feedback. This is always important. At its current state, the game has minimal visual and audio effects, and those are key to making a shooter game feel fun and fair. For example, there could have been sound effects for every time you hit an enemy and there could've been a central hit marker showing from which angle an enemy hit you. - Fun Enemy AI. Instead of making the enemies spontaneously spawn and immediately start chasing you, make use of state machines and give the enemies more variety in behavior. - Better level design. There's jumping in the game, but where are the platforms? Place around obstacles and platforms, this will make the game more fun! |
| Oct 20 21:13:50 | 99h 51m | Snowlord | ♥ 1 | From the building of the forts, to them actually fighting against the big baddie, I really enjoyed the innovative gameplay with the step up in minesweeper! |
| Oct 20 21:21:43 | 7m 53s | Ribbon 2 | ♥ 1 | Such clever puzzles, so many innovative concepts in this game! My only criticism is that the movement of the camera gets weird when you clump up the ribbon. |
