Apr 27 09:52:38 Atlantis Gold ♥ 1 The HTML5 web link gives a 404 for me. Maybe it was not yet published?
Apr 27 10:12:11 19m 33s Purgatory ♥ 3 Hi, I was able to run on MacOS but I did need to do some command line stuff, like suggested here for another game: https://github.com/ElmarJ/Waterlooplein3D/issues/86
Apr 27 11:14:22 1h 02m Diary of Sedah ♥ 1 The combat controls don't really work when you have only a laptop trackpad and can't left and right click at the same time, so some keyboard button alternatives would have been nice. I really liked the atmosphere, the non-standard combat and the lantern mechanic, great game!
Apr 27 14:54:00 3h 39m Abyss ♥ 0 I love the concept and especially the atmosphere!
Apr 28 11:36:46 20h 42m Abysmal ♥ 2 I really love the visual style. I felt it was a bit hard to figure out what numbers would be good to increase, it might be interesting to let the player choose between how the creature balances different priorities/behaviours so you can make more specialised creatures (for example a fast one that ignores gathering resources but just explores)
Apr 28 11:39:00 2m 14s Seeker Of Riches ♥ 0 Cool concept! I think the controls could be simplified a bit, for example rolling the submarine doesn't seem that useful.
Apr 28 11:42:54 3m 54s Pearls of Wisdom ♥ 1 Very cute game! Maybe the level could continue for a few seconds after you run out of oxygen (for example with the character starting to sink to the bottom) so it's a bit more visual what happens? Right now jumping to the map screen and getting a message felt a bit jarring to me.
Apr 28 11:49:52 6m 58s Digger's gotta dig! ♥ 1 Very nice! I struggled a bit with accidentally digging down when I wanted to dig left or right, my suggestion would be to require the player to hold down (S) while pressing Space to dig down, or to remove the Space bar and dig automatically with the ASD keys.
Apr 28 11:52:02 2m 10s adventure of umesh ♥ 0 Great visual style, especially liked the particle effects! I would've liked to see a few checkpoints because replaying the game from the start takes a while and there's so many LD48 games to try :D
Apr 28 12:01:09 9m 07s Just Down Jack ♥ 1 Loved it, simple and fun and the graphics fit really well. My only criticism would be that getting back onto a platform after falling felt like mostly luck because often there isn't a platform low enough that you can get on after hitting the spikes, so usually I would just lose all three hearts from the same fall without anything I can do about it. Maybe the 'jump' could be made a bit higher so you can theoretically always reach some platform after falling if you still have hearts?
Apr 28 12:12:14 11m 05s Cthulhu's Deep Dream ♥ 1 Cute artstyle! The distorted lens effect was a bit disorienting to me at first so I'm a bit worried for people who get nausea from games :D, but it's cool to see something I'd never seen before.
Apr 28 12:19:22 7m 08s Blue Square and the Mystery Cave ♥ 1 Very creative game and some of the sections were pretty challenging. I actually liked the limited camera in the parts where you need to shoot balls to find out if there are spikes down below. Maybe it would be cool if the camera was more zoomed out but you only have a small vision range, so you need to use balls to gain information just like you need to do at the end?
Apr 28 12:21:11 1m 49s Unto the Eight ♥ 1 Maybe it's just been too long since I played games like the original Zelda but I felt a bit lost, and dying was so frequent it kept me from wanting to explore more. Loved the artstyle!
Apr 28 12:23:16 2m 05s l'Abysse ♥ 1 Very nice style and mood, you managed to evoke a lot of context in a few snippets of dialogue. Makes me wish there was a bit more gameplay!
Apr 28 15:37:17 3h 14m The Moore Contingency ♥ 2 Very unique concept. It wasn't very clear to me when I'm allowed to add a new control point and when I'm not. Sometimes I could add one on a vertical wall, sometimes I couldn't.
Apr 28 15:46:58 9m 41s Jupiter Diving ♥ 1 Really cool presentation to create a 3D effect out of some very simple parts! I think it would feel a bit better to play if inertia was a bit lower so the controls would be more responsive.
