| Apr 21 03:43:45 | TRIBE | ♥ 1 | I couldn't survive Wave 4, but it was fun! I really like how the pace switches from leisurely to frantic the moment the enemy tribe attacks. | |
| Apr 21 03:46:03 | 2m 18s | Aphotic Aquatic | ♥ 2 | The atmosphere was excellent and I was so down to see how the story would unfurl, but my memory failed me :( I like how you could pick the same choices for multiple fish, but that could trip you up too if you're not paying attention. |
| Apr 21 03:57:16 | 11m 13s | AMT: Alien Medical Technician | ♥ 2 | I love the premise of the game and the rhythm game works so well! I just about lost it when I couldn't save the banana and it rotted :'D The controls took some getting used to, but once I got the hang of it things went smoothly. |
| Apr 21 04:45:32 | 48m 16s | Package Protectors | ♥ 0 | Fun and challenging game! I found more success controlling the drone as if I was playing Flappy Bird. I thought I was doing a good job getting to the landing pad, then I realized there were more levels... x) |
| Apr 21 05:49:30 | 1h 03m | My Mother is a Caravan? | ♥ 6 | Really beautiful game! The combat was a bit finnicky (had some monsters overlapping each other) but the roguelike/procedural generation aspect of it is really cool. Having the dungeon map on screen is nice, but I feel like the "exits" could have been made more clear in the level itself. Solid game! |
| Apr 21 07:52:42 | 2h 03m | Zoo keeper | ♥ 6 | Cute game with simple controls! The goal of each mini game could be made more clear, I don't quite understand the panda one. For the bird game, perhaps a cue for the player's turn could help because I was unsure when I was supposed to repeat after the bird. |
| Apr 21 08:46:46 | 54m 04s | 7 DAYS OF FEEDING | ♥ 2 | Fun premise but a bit too easy to beat once you have enough Cultists. The text was a bit wordy -- shorter paragraphs for repeated actions could help -- and the font for the main body of text was slightly hard to read. I think you could introduce more elements of randomness into the game to make it more dynamic. |
| Apr 21 10:16:04 | 1h 29m | Space Jelly Factory | ♥ 2 | A very interesting spin on Match-3 games that forced me to have to always be on my toes. Controls were smooth and felt good to play! |
| Apr 21 11:08:48 | 52m 44s | Rescue Mission: Amateur Hour | ♥ 1 | Wow, I could feel my heart rate increase as I scrambled back to the extraction point! As other commenters have said, a sprint button (with a cooldown?) or a slightly faster walk could have helped ease things along. I quite like that there were no markers or waypoints directing me to the goal and I had to rely on my partner's instructions, including remembering the route back to the exit. |
| Apr 21 12:09:35 | 1h 00m | Experiment #0 | ♥ 0 | The art is spectacular! I could get through the puzzles on the side panels, but I'm still at a loss as to what I'm supposed to click in between...? My only gripe is that it needs hints for people like me! >_< |
| Apr 21 12:16:40 | 7m 05s | CAT KEEPS YOUR NIGHTMARES OUT | ♥ 2 | If the cat's paw/attack radius was larger it would've been less frustrating to attack >_< I like the detail in the background and the inclusion of platforms in the furniture, but would be nice to have a directional jump instead of just up. |
| Apr 21 12:20:18 | 3m 38s | Social Distancing For LadyBugs | ♥ 1 | Simple but addictive, and very satisfying to play. |
| Apr 21 17:19:11 | 4h 58m | FEED HOLE | ♥ 2 | I love the atmosphere and setting of this game, the design of the units and the environment really helps to sell the story. I lost track of my lobster at one point and he got caught on some rocks when I tried to send him back (intentional?). It was a bit hard to tell when my bullets were hitting enemies and whether or not they were defeated. Still, the game kept me engaged and GYGA's taunts were both terrifying and hilarious! A suggestion, maybe power cores could be used to heal as well as to feed GYGA? |
| Apr 21 17:38:57 | 19m 46s | MOTHER QUACKER | ♥ 1 | The game is pretty dark despite the pleasing graphics and music! Controls were too sensitive and took some getting used to. |
| Apr 21 17:46:49 | 7m 52s | Heart Attack 万箭穿心 | ♥ 1 | The pixel art and animations are gorgeous! I wish there was some feedback when using the spacebar. I managed to somehow trigger a situation where the bpm would keep going down no matter what and I'm not sure if it was intended. Nevertheless, a fun game that's simple to pick up yet still challenging. |
| Apr 22 05:45:57 | 11h 59m | Mother Hen | ♥ 1 | Wow!! Despite using pixel art, the game perfectly conveys the frustration of rolling spherical objects (in this case eggs) around. Great little puzzle game, I could see this having a ton of challenge with more complex levels. |
| Apr 24 06:22:52 | 48h 36m | To Be Alive | ♥ 0 | The graphics are simple but polished, a really nice little puzzle game. Agree with the others about the game feeling a bit slow; another improvement could be that instead of having the zookeeper walk over to the animal once they are spotted, just show a game over message and allow a key press to reset the level. |
| Apr 24 11:41:18 | 5h 18m | Restartigrade | ♥ 1 | Really cool and unique idea, I have no complaints! The music is catchy too. Probably one of the best puzzle games I've played this Ludum Dare >_< |
