| Aug 14 02:08:07 | DEFRAG | ♥ 1 | Really fun game. I initially did not understand, but after watching the GIF for a couple of loops the game mechanic "clicked". If there was some way to make it more intuitive it would probably help. Overall I really liked the audio and the mechanic. Great entry! | |
| Aug 14 02:16:12 | 8m 05s | Cat´s personal space | ♥ 1 | Great game! Love your take on the theme. Having objects with different weights added some depth to the game. Finding a way to scale your game window would be useful. I did have to switch windows to play the game. |
| Aug 14 10:18:25 | 8h 02m | cargOS | ♥ 1 | Had a lot of fun watching the development on this! You did a great job with the theme. Definitely felt like I was running out of space. I was noticing while playing that the numpad would have been a good key combination if the 5 key was an action key. |
| Aug 14 10:35:27 | 17m 02s | Drifting Statuary | ♥ 0 | Awesome work! Very detailed instructions make if feel like a well polished strategy game. Music fit the game well, and really enjoyed the art work. |
| Aug 15 10:44:01 | 24h 08m | Board 'n' pieces | ♥ 1 | Really enjoyed this game. The graphics and gameplay were very well done. Having the reference on the left was a nice inclusion. I think this would work well for mobile (which is an easy add for Unity). I would suggest that the floor falling happen at a quicker rate. Didn't encounter many situations where a tile was at risk of falling under me. Overall fantastic entry, and I could see myself playing a version of this with more levels and improved AI. |
| Aug 15 10:55:26 | 11m 25s | Storage Rental 101 | ♥ 1 | Nice job with your first attempt with the UI. I would have never guessed you had not done UI before. There doesn't seem to be any real objective to the game, so I just kept the storage units as full as possible. I would also like to see my current money on the same screen as my clients. |
| Aug 15 11:04:30 | 9m 04s | Party Person | ♥ 1 | Great use of the theme! The game was a great play, and never felt overwhelming with the missions and people showing up. Two possible improvements: - Show a progress bar on completing missions (i.e. how much longer I am stuck repairing the glass) - Have the guests walk in the house through the door and just wander around Overall this was a great entry. Be proud! |
| Aug 15 13:08:01 | 2h 03m | JUNKYARD | ♥ 1 | Great entry! The audio and mood were well done. The only problem I encountered was as the blocks settled my combos would break. Otherwise everything was really enjoyable. |
| Aug 15 13:13:49 | 5m 48s | Book Crook! | ♥ 1 | I love some of these book names! Overall there seemed that RNG was the only thing to determine the quality of books. It may be more engaging if the books were scrolling by and you had to pick up enough before time ran out. I saw you noted about trying to do something with a timer and changing the book selection. Would definitely add some depth to the game. But hey, this is LD. Everyone runs out of time on great ideas. |
| Aug 15 13:19:52 | 6m 03s | Unbelievable Space Runner | ♥ 2 | Starts off rather slow. It would be nice if you could sprint to go faster for the beginning stages. That being said I was quite humored by your take on the theme. The phasing power up was a nice way to mix up the game play. It would be cool if you could use the phasing without draining the whole bar. |
| Aug 15 13:23:02 | 3m 10s | DOS: Deletion (of) Old Stuff | ♥ 2 | Fun platformer, but the difficulty ramps very quickly and requires some very precise jumps. A slower difficulty ramp would probably help people get more invested in the game and have the endurance to beat the game. |
| Aug 15 13:26:55 | 3m 53s | Memory Exception | ♥ 1 | Great entry! I love the fully developed tutorial level you included. Definitely adds a polish you don't see in most jam games. The mechanic was good, but having a randomizer to change up the color needs for the programs would add more variety to the game. Also loved the detail of showing the programs loading the the bottom right. Really well done! |
