May 4 22:51:45 Globe Trot ♥ 3 Hey!! Great job on this! I was surprised to find that the camera is pretty damn smooth and it's always easy to know where I am on screen. It's also really satisfying, killing an enemy. My least favorite thing is how the turning feels, I feel it's too severe, but that's probably just me. GRANTED you said a controller was recommended, and I sadly do not have one. SUPER IMPRESSED with this! Great job~!
May 4 22:57:21 5m 36s 6-Sided Sojourn ♥ 1 This is so reactive!! It's so responsive and smooth, great job on the animation curves. It's also so simple in its teaching. I didn't even need to be told that enemies only attack you once they face you. The game taught me without me even needing to fail first. Also, 10/10 name for your cat. Gnocchi the cat is the best thing ever. I love this!! GREAT job!
May 4 23:04:25 7m 04s Magi★Star ♥ 1 Hey! Good job! I didn't really see any incentive to switch between day and night but it looked AWESOME. And I die really fast every time. Maybe because you don't see the enemies on the top as quick as enemies from the sides, so clowns from the top are sort of devastating. Cool idea though, like I said, well done!
May 4 23:08:55 4m 30s Loop ♥ 0 This looks really nice, but I'm afraid I can't figure out how to play...there's no "Start" button on a PC, and ESC doesn't exit the game, and I'm getting sound effects when I click some buttons, but that's about it. Would love to see how it plays! Sorry!
May 4 23:13:40 4m 45s What´s the point? ♥ 1 I really like this interpretation of the theme. Well done, looks AMAZING. Really appreciate the use of parallax. It added a lot. Cute!
May 9 03:32:35 100h 18m LD38 Submission: Entangled ♥ 0 I really, really like this concept!! Personally, my three biggest things are: 1. Some motion buffers , lerps etc. would have added a lot since movement is the main mechanic of the game. 2. I often get confused as to which particles are 1 and 2, so maybe some sort of visual indicator 3. It took way too long for the first purple particle to become an important part of the scene Having said that, this is a super cool idea and had it been a little faster, I could have seen myself playing around a lot with it. Nicely done!
May 9 20:53:07 17h 20m Antagonistic : Hamburger Hill ♥ 1 THIS IS SO INCREDIBLE How did you do this in 48 hours?! This is so complex and creative - and dude bonus points for the mouth sound sound effects. I LOVE doing that. Oh my goodness. GREAT job!! Sniping an enemy from a distance was SO satisfying. My biggest want was either a compass or landmarks by which I can memorize which direction is which. Wow, though. WELL freaking done.
May 10 01:59:20 5h 06m Arindama ♥ 2 Cute! Very impressive for a compo game! I like how fluid the movements are. I don't like the controls though. Very unconventional. Seriously cool though. Good job!
May 11 16:53:58 38h 54m Terrartisan ♥ 1 This is so lovely! I rarely stay and play the entire game when playing these games but yours was just too cute. It did seem like there needed to be a lot more features to make it really compelling, but it's EXCEPTIONAL for a compo, I think. I thought the sounds and music game a lot to the atmosphere, but I'm confused about why you made the UI like a bubble? I guess the whole "terrarium" thing didn't really sink in until now. In any case, great job!
May 13 22:10:35 53h 16m World Garden ♥ 1 Hey! Nice game. I felt very little to stay engaged with shots when one tap re-orients the firing angle. No need to drag when you can just tap an incoming bug and the lasers instantly take it out. Perhaps needing to drag it may fix that, but I'm unsure that would make it more fun haha In any case I really liked how you made the life system; that the planet died a little every time it was hit. Regen is a great match to that system. Cute!
May 16 19:31:10 69h 20m Brew Up ♥ 0 I agree about the floaty physics. It looks pretty awesome though. Adorable walk cycle, gorgeous art style. Very repetitive music, and I don't know whether the game and the music go together, but it's clear effort was put into this.
May 16 19:34:21 3m 11s Planetary Remains ♥ 1 VERY interesting here! I loved the "roger," it was cute~
May 16 19:43:34 9m 13s LD38: Aurelia ♥ 0 The music is very repetitive, and to me subtracts from the gameplay. Health bars on enemies would be helpful, but yeah I agree - I love the achievements. Cute!
May 16 19:49:29 5m 55s The World Repeats ♥ 1 Very satisfying movement and control! Cute sounds and world. I really like this! You also said WHY I died when I died, which was EXTREMELY helpful.
May 16 19:57:14 7m 45s Fish V Fish V Fish ♥ 1 Wow! I can't believe you did everything yourself~! Biggest thing for me is that the intro wasn't skippable. Probably should've made that an option. Otherwise cool, unique-ish feeling physics, and very cute concept. Loved the lighting!
May 16 20:05:50 8m 36s A Small Mystery ♥ 0 This is adorable~ Made me chuckle, and exploring didn't feel boring because of the terrain changes. Nice work~
May 17 20:36:32 24h 30m Bubbletoy ♥ 1 This is so strange. I love the physics-based gameplay and the adorable sound effects. Very clear objective, too. Cute!!
