Aug 29 22:45:00 The Huckster Really nice with good mood and sound design. Loved the puzzles, the only issue I found was that the audio would cut out and the music would re-start when switching rooms. You could fix this with a script on the audio game objects that uses DontDestroyOnLoad(gameObject); as well as something to detect and destroy duplicates (using an instance check)
Aug 29 22:53:00 8m 00s Retro Player Super hard but good
Aug 29 23:00:00 7m 00s Babel 10/10 hilarious. I love that you can press the letters in "babel" on the start screen and they light up.
Aug 29 23:10:00 10m 00s Runty Raptor's Rock Roller Very strange. The sound effects are funny but the tilting is so slow it's unnoticeable.
Aug 29 23:45:00 35m 00s Ghosts In The Shell Really wonderful. I also experienced the scrollbar and cursor issues. Other than that, the story was super intriguing and great, and the name is the best one I've seen so far this LD
Aug 29 23:49:00 4m 00s Ancient Meat Lovers cute but would be nice with sound and some more weapons
Aug 29 23:54:00 5m 00s Aqueductus Very fun and related to the theme. Not sure if it's intentional but many of the graphics look blurred.
Aug 29 23:57:00 3m 00s A Fox's Pottery Really good art. Could've used some music. I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to do though. Bumped into some various objects, some sounds happened, dialogues. I'm kinda sad that everything's in Comic Sans though
Aug 30 00:10:00 13m 00s Another Day With Grandpa Oooooooookay? Quite funny, there were some grammatical errors though. I like the spin on "ancient" technology as well as the reveal that grandpa studied ancient magic.
Aug 30 00:14:00 4m 00s Project Leonardo I am extremely confused. It feels like there's something here that I'm supposed to know that I don't. Everything i said was responded to with some non-contextual phrase like "So I'll just call you..." and then "He had to save her."
Aug 30 00:25:00 11m 00s Rolling Time It's amaze-balls! I love everything about this entry!
Aug 30 00:33:00 8m 00s Deus Vult Was a little confusing at first, but has a nice graphical style and interesting gameplay. Not sure that it fits the theme so well other than being set in ancient times, but I enjoyed it quite a bit and would love to see a more expanded-upon version
Aug 30 00:45:00 12m 00s A Robot named Rover Doesn't run on my Mac. Aug 30 00:53:00 8m 00s OUTCAST I can't open it (OS X)
Aug 30 01:27:00 34m 00s aRCANE It was very satisfying to shoot the asteroids but after a while I couldn't find any. Maybe I'm just not patient enough but I enjoyed the atmosphere of it ;P
Aug 30 01:39:00 12m 00s Some Kind of Ancient Phone Technology I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do to call. I type in the number and then nothing happens. Redial resets it and stop dialing just shows the thanks for playing scene
Aug 30 02:37:00 58m 00s Proxima The hydration goes down too fast and I couldn't find any water :\ <br/>I do like the mood and music though, not sure about the theme
Aug 30 02:39:00 2m 00s Guidance Really enjoyable and simple, reminds me of some of Kechapp's games. Would be more fun with more levels. I think the sound effect when you beat the level could be a little better.
Aug 30 02:47:00 8m 00s S**ON Wow. This is really strange. Weird art, weird music, weird... birds that make clouds wet??? wtf? but... uh... i kinda like it? I think? It was fun in a very strange way.
Aug 30 02:55:00 8m 00s Ancient Contact I love everything about this! Music, gameplay, especially graphics/animation. I love that you can use the magnet beam on arrows as well. Had a hard time figuring out how to actually start the game, though. I was on the start screen for a while before I noticed the button, since it was in the same art style as everything else and looked so seamless!
Aug 30 03:01:00 6m 00s Reinvent the Wheel Didn't quite understand at first, but once I got it this was very enjoyable. It's oddly satisfying to see the different wheel shapes fit so perfectly into their corresponding terrain types. It would be nice to be able skip the tutorial. Also, the default iMovie music gets a little repetitive after playing for a few minutes.
Aug 30 03:16:00 15m 00s KEK NOR KEK Not sure if this counts as a "game" really, but nonetheless the graphics and animations are nice. It controls well and I like the ambience.
Aug 30 03:23:00 7m 00s Deadly Decay Nice ambience, I like the (mostly) grayscale graphics. However, I feel that the style was a little inconsistent (walls are much more detailed than floors) and that the crosshair was hard to see because of its low contrast with the background. I like the camera Lerp at the beginning, it looks very nice, although the player movement and camera movement when switching between rooms is too fast for my taste. I assume you were trying to go for that Legend of Zelda style of camera movement between rooms, but I would've preferred if the camera simply followed the player's position. Otherwise is very fun. I do think the bullets should be visible or at least have a muzzle-flash animation. Quite addicting to play.
