This is really great for your first game. <br/> <br/>A couple tiny critisism; have to agree with other commenters that you should restart at the level you died at, not so fun to have to to the first level again and again. The different art styles do clash a bit.
Aug 30 02:13:00	29m 00s	Raptor Rocket	Great graphics, love the art style. <br/> <br/>The game idea is really cool and innovative. <br/> <br/>The controls are quite difficult, and do get a bit tedious after a while, its a litte more annoying than fun. <br/> <br/>Would have preferred if some instructions stayed on the screen while playing, there was a lot to remember, though I figured it out eventually.

Aug 30 10:19:00	7h 27m	Through The Fire	Great art style and atmosphere. <br/> <br/>I think I would have preferred to control the character with arrow keys over mouse click, but I've never been a fan of click to move in action games. <br/> <br/>Could have used more sound effects, and made the fire sound loop better.
Aug 30 12:07:00	1h 48m	Forty Two	Very interesting puzzle game, the puzzles are hard and fun. <br/> <br/>Nice graphics and music as well. <br/> <br/>Would have been nice if the blocks you had placed stood out more visually, sometimes I forgot which I had placed down, so I had to spam click many tiles to check if I could remove them.

Aug 30 14:00:00	34m 00s	Kites	Amazing game. The art is beautiful and combines very well with the music to give a great atmosphere. The gameplay is very strong as well, you have to think about the shots you make, and time them well. Good difficulty level.
Aug 31 12:29:00	22h 29m	NERESIS - The Great Neon Shieldbarer	This is a cool game idea with a lot of potential. I like the controls, and it has a lot of good art. Pity you didnt have time to polish the mechanics more. Since there are no ratings though I dont think it would be wrong of you to update the game after the deadline.

Playing the post-jam version I thought the difficulty level was good. <br/> <br/>Would have been interesting if the enemies would go to more offensive positions to try to push you back, but that behaviour might be tough to implement in a short time.
Aug 31 13:24:00	34m 00s	"Ancient" and Ancient	Good game, I'm not a big fan of this type of games, but I enjoyed playing it. Didn't understand everything that was going on the first round, but I figured it out and beat it on the second attempt. <br/> <br/>Really good art as well.

It was really funny when I got so many scarabs that the game broke. <br/> <br/>It would be nice to see some different scarab types, for example if some are slower or faster, or can only take a max amount of hits, or if they explode on impact and destory neighbour tiles. You could also consider some upgrades for the character, for example move faster, cover larger area, or other abilities to help bounce back more scarabs.
Aug 31 15:02:00	34m 00s	Super Egyptian UFO Cat Pyramid Overlord 2000 BC	Fun game, cute graphics, cool music. The dancing animation is really funny. I got to lvl 12.
Aug 31 15:29:00	27m 00s	Space attack	Cool game, reminds me a lot of Tyrion. Had fun playing it. <br/> <br/>I agree that different color for enemy shots would be better. It would also be nice with a shield that could take some damage before you die, to help balance the difficulty. It would also be nice with a secondery weapon attack, something more powerful on a cooldown.
