May 2 20:54:00 Kid Kannon I'm really impressed with how much of a zelda-like dungeon crawler you implemented. Having traps and different weapons was cool, but I wish there were more reason to switch characters. There also didn't seem to be a penalty for dying (it even got me through some screens faster) which kept the frustration level low but didn't make me want to learn how to play better. Making the screens more like Zelda where there's some gimmick to "solving" each room would help the challenge. Music and mood were great though!
May 2 21:02:00 8m 00s Lumber Jacques I found the idea to be on-theme and pretty funny. Why are the bears on fire? Kind of wish there were a little more strategy though.
May 2 21:08:00 6m 00s Satellites vs Aliens This was a fun idea, great use of theme, humor and sound. I kept running out of satellites too!
May 3 00:39:00 3h 31m Brickgun This was reminiscent of Nuclear Throne - nice work on the visuals and the gameplay was really quick and easy to get into. The weapons could have been more diverse I think - it would've been cool to get better weapons and then move into more difficult areas. Still great work for a weekend!
May 7 15:49:00 111h 10m Adventures of Cactusman I didn't realize what the mechanic was at first, but once I noticed the stereo effect it was really cool and worked surprisingly well. I found it fun to run around and try to find the right path.

Small nit: camera was a little close and close walls kept clipping weird. Would feel a little better if it was a bit higher and further away (although your sprites may not show up as well that way so I dunno)
May 7 16:17:00 28m 00s The Jonbar Point This really feels very ambitious for a 48-hour jam. I was impressed that you offered translated versions and wrote so much backstory and dialogue. Gameplay-wise I found it pretty frustrating to be killed so easily (and by enemies offscreen without warning most of the time). The atmosphere and the audio were both excellent though.
May 7 17:15:00 58m 00s Tower Of The Screaming Bullets Challenging, but fun game with good graphics. Great job!
May 8 16:35:00 23h 20m Nuclear Autumn Wow, this really sucked me in. It's amazing how much depth and polish you were able to create in 72 hours. I loved that the camera would fly around and show me what had changed when I activated something. Great balance of "can I get that using what I have" vs. "should I be looking for another powerup?". Fantastic work!
May 8 21:39:00 5h 04m Give'em love Solid first LD entry! Hope that next time you get to flesh out your game more, but great job.
May 8 21:42:00 3m 00s Kick it Hard! Basic, but fun gameplay!
May 8 22:43:00 1h 01m PALBOT Love the companion bot gameplay, and the entire game is super polished. Had a lot of fun playing it, great job!
May 8 22:49:00 6m 00s Dr. U and the bottomless PIT The core gameplay mechanic is simple, but really satisfying. The graphics and music make a great experience.
May 8 23:54:00 1h 05m Eggs vs Knights Really inventive use of the theme, and the difficulty of the levels ramped up well. Loved the graphical style.
May 9 00:08:00 14m 00s HotMop The concept, graphics, and music were great. Controls could be tightened up to give a better overall experience. Good job!
May 9 01:46:00 1h 38m I QUIT! Cool idea, but the graphics were hard on my eyes. Congrats on your first LD, and looking forward to what you make next time!
May 9 15:12:00 13h 26m The Rock the Paper and the Scissors Oh boy you just killed it with this! I was impressed by the art and music but figured the gameplay would get boring - I was completely wrong! Great job on changing things up and making me learn as I go.
May 9 15:48:00 36m 00s The Hicet: Iceburglary Nice work! Hilarious idea - I love the decision of "how much of myself am I going to throw at the enemies". For some small improvements, I wish there were more of a tangible impact for hitting a boat, it felt like my projectiles were gliding over all the boats it hit.
May 10 02:00:00 10h 12m Umbrella Defender I liked how you had to balance using the umbrella both as a weapon and as a shield. Really fun and challenging game!
May 10 02:05:00 5m 00s Sad Planets I actually felt bad when I didn't have enough energy left to make all of the unhappy things happy. I like that because when you're going through a game and killing enemies, you don't really care if you kill all the enemies or not (for most games).
May 10 02:12:00 7m 00s Stoned Scarecrow Loved the art, and would have loved to have some awesome music to go with the experience. Agree with what other people have said regarding needing to be able to level up faster, and be able to fire more often.
May 10 02:19:00 7m 00s Kojo Kumah Love the idea and title! Also, that Hi-5 sound effect will be stuck in my head for days. Would be cool to see this fleshed out into a full "greet 'em up" game!
May 10 16:28:00 14h 09m Green and Blue Liked the level design and the idea is cool. Like others have said, the controls with the keyboard can be difficult, but overall good job!
May 10 16:32:00 4m 00s Static Charge 'Cleaner' 5000 Really cool gameplay mechanic, and more impressive given the fact that you only worked on it for 8 hours. Hope that you get the full time to work on your next LD entry.
May 10 22:19:00 5h 47m Ant Anarchy Definitely liked where you were going with it, and would be cool to see it with more enemies/environmental challenges. Good job!
