| Aug 26 03:07:00 | SliP | Awesome looking game, and the mechanic sounds fun. But I found lining up to possess things is nearly impossible, and I ended up having to wait a long while for a slime to come back from the narrow around you can't normally access. The mood of the entire thing is fantastic though :D | |
| Aug 26 03:09:00 | 2m 00s | Cubic Run | Love the game, while being simplistic I find the color schemes to work well. The gameplay can get repetitive after a while but the little box seems so lively when it jumps. |
| Aug 26 03:19:00 | 10m 00s | GunJoust | fantastic game. Wish it would turn around rather than have a restart button so I could get around to totally destroying the other guy. But it's still a short and satisfying game. Great concept and controls too! |
| Aug 26 03:27:00 | 8m 00s | The Village of Lost Time | Fun game, smooth controls, quite a bit hard. Overall I think the only thing that would really make it better is a little bit of background music. Awesome job! |
| Aug 26 03:30:00 | 3m 00s | Railway Rage | Cool art style, the sound could get a little annoying after a while, but overall it was really fun. The gameplay set up was pretty well done too. |
| Aug 26 15:31:00 | 12h 01m | Amazing Abs in just 10 seconds | Nice game! Really worked the theme well and it makes for a fun short mini game. a little music would probably help, but that can be tough to make in the short period of time. The graphics are very fitting too! |
| Aug 26 15:37:00 | 6m 00s | Bring The Things | The yellow door confused me a little bit at first. Fun game, that teal shape room was rage inducing though. Since it is such a simple game graphically, even a little bit of ambient noise or a ticking timer would have helped it a bit. Great job nonetheless! |
| Aug 26 15:43:00 | 6m 00s | Owned in 10 Seconds | Great game, loved the gameplay, and I never thought about modifying the html file to add the controls, very helping. I never could seem to get enough currency to buy power up. I'll I understand I'm supposed to send packets I wasn't sure how I am supposed to know how many I should send. Overall it kept my attention pretty well though. |
| Aug 26 16:42:00 | 59m 00s | Flajora's Flask | Fantastic game, love the mechanics, didn't take me that long to find the instrument dealer either, is there a reason you used backspace instead of spacebar or something, it would be nice to be able to handle moving and time travel with the same hand. Either way, for such a small development time I feel like the concept and the amount of content is great! Good job man! |
| Aug 26 16:46:00 | 4m 00s | Midlands Noire | Great game, the way the text shows up on store fronts is a really neat idea, and I feel like it's a pretty deep/educational message given by the game, got a little confused at times when I was "earning money" and it went back to zero. Also when I click at the end and it says Click to End nothing happend, is it supposed to do that? Or is that just for the non-web versions? Great job either way! |
| Aug 26 16:51:00 | 5m 00s | The Barrier | Great game! At first I was confused, but once I actually read the text it all made sense. Very interesting way to use the 10 second rule, reminds me of lot of old NES games. Well done! |
| Aug 26 17:04:00 | 13m 00s | Get to da Choppa | Fantastic game, the controls could be a little unforgiving at times but overall it was something that you could feel good about mastering. It would have benefitted greatly by some music and enemies that weren't big red balls but that didn't really detrack from the fun of the game. Great job! |
| Aug 26 17:56:00 | 52m 00s | Guest House | Amazing game, love the use of the clay, the music was fitting and nice and the puzzles were really interesting, only thing was that it didn't really seem to fit the 10 second theme, nonetheless I loved every second of it. |
| Aug 26 18:04:00 | 8m 00s | Concave 8 | Interesting idea, the visuals are definately different, was really hard to figure out what was what though, the controls were off but I can understand that do to the time constraints and whatnot. Shame here isn't any sound, with such abstract visuals I feel like even something ambient or procedural for music could have worked really well and audio feedback could help a lot in terms of figuring out if you hit the ground and stuff. good job on finishing! Not sure how you got those visuals in Unity but it's a pretty fantastic achievement! |
| Aug 26 18:09:00 | 5m 00s | Run with the Revolution | That is a great game, the controls were a little floaty, but it worked pretty well overall. The concept is fantastic and works well, pretty addicting and it fits the theme well too. Great job! |
| Aug 26 18:44:00 | 35m 00s | 10 seconds Are An Eternity | Interesting concept, was pretty tough though, especially since the random generation normally causes you to not be able to get to any planets before the end. By the time I actually took off from the first planet there was normally only 4 seconds left and the turning is floaty (makes sense in space) so only a close planet directly in a straight line from the rocket starting point really is plausible to get to. Even then I could never get more than 2 seconds on the timer by hitting the wormhole things for more time, even when being super close to the planet's surface, they simply didn't spawn enough for me to collect enough, I feel like I would have had to play for up to 5 minutes on a planet before having enough time to get to the next one. Either way, the concept is pretty cool. I feel like if the acceleration on the rocket was just a little bit better I would have been able to enjoy it a lot more. And the concept is pretty awesome. |
| Aug 26 18:48:00 | 4m 00s | ROBO-TIC | The music was a nice touch, so it was quite short making the looping a little...much. But overall the game was a pretty awesome concept and it played really well too. Awesome job on the graphics and gameplay! |
| Aug 26 18:52:00 | 4m 00s | Next Gen Cat Gameplay | Interesting concept that is relatable, though the actual movement connected to the slider seemed pretty random or overall finicky, and a little bit of sound or music would have done wonders as well. Stuck to the theme well though! |
| Aug 26 18:59:00 | 7m 00s | Signal Delay | Interesting concept, extremely good use of the concept. The graphics are nice too, though its really hard to pick up a rock, even when I was lined up right the claw seemed to go right over, I might be doing something wrong.

Some ambient radio sounds or spacey noises could have helped a lot with the mood. But I guess it in in a spacey vaccum...
Some |
| Aug 26 19:06:00 | 7m 00s | Weakening Paddle | Classic gameplay and the new adjustments do make the game more interesting and fitting for the theme. Would have like a little more innovation but it's still addicting and fun. Good job! |
| Aug 26 19:11:00 | 5m 00s | Time Annex | Fantastic game, uses the theme really well, adding some music would make the great, add a multiplayer race mode would be SUPER fun. Overall I think this is one of the entries I loved the most gameplay wise thus far. Awesome job! |
| Aug 26 19:14:00 | 3m 00s | Penguin Racer Go Go | Great game, looks pretty darn polished for a game made in a weekend! Was really addicting and easy to get into. Simple gameplay and great presentation. Awesome job! |
| Aug 26 19:20:00 | 6m 00s | 10 Second Planet Destroyer | Interesting game concept, For some reason the game ran extremely slow for me, but the nice little music loop made it tolerable. I was using firefox on an older computer, not sure if that's the reason it was so slow or not. Great game overall though. |
| Aug 26 19:23:00 | 3m 00s | Lost in the Dark | Great job, the mood was interesting and the gameplay was simple and smooth. A little music would have gone a long way, maybe even just some footsteps or a blaster sound. Either way, awesome work! |
| Aug 26 19:31:00 | 8m 00s | Time Perception | Awesome job. The visuals were interesting and helped make counting a little harder, especially the horn from the boat! The ending was a nice touch as well, the whole thing oozed personality and mood. Nice job mixing 2d in a 3d space. |
| Aug 26 19:34:00 | 3m 00s | The Thief | Nice job, would be cool if the guards had a line of sight, but the way it is definitely adding to the difficulty. Controls work well and the game fits the theme well, I like the sense of urgency from the camera shake! |
| Aug 26 19:38:00 | 4m 00s | Graviteer | The controls are very smooth and the checkpoint spacing makes it much easier to work with time wise. The gameplay itself is pretty simple and it ties in the theme pretty well, but the game seems very polished! |
| Aug 26 21:01:00 | 1h 23m | When He Left | Amazing game! Took a while to figure out how it all exactly works but once I did it seems really cool. Definitely a very beautiful game and the sound really helps set the mood really well. Awesome job! |
| Aug 26 22:59:00 | 1h 58m | Thade | Fantastic game, loves all the minigames, didn't take too long to figure out the rules to them either. Awesome job, only thing missing is music, but the whole thing was extremely fun. The first puzzle was pretty hard, but it was still doable and made getting to the meat and potatoes of the game that much more rewarding. |
| Aug 26 23:03:00 | 4m 00s | Emergency Stop | Short, sweet and hilarious. Think it's the first LD27 game I played that had humor in it. Good job! |
| Aug 27 10:33:00 | 11h 30m | Speed of love | Interesting game, the controls were pretty hard to work with. Not sure if it was on purpose or not, I didn't have any trouble reading the text for the most part. Very interesting take on the theme. I feel like a little bit of context could have been added using imagery or sound though. I didn't realize that it was a phone conversation the first few tries. |
| Aug 27 11:30:00 | 57m 00s | 10 Second Tower Defense | Interesting idea, it really fits the theme. But it gets really hard, and it's hard to determine damage output between the different weapons so it's really hard to determine why one would be better than another. In the end it turned into more of a guessing game of trying different turrets in different spots without much strategy. The set up seems pretty much bug free other than sometimes turret selections not registering, but it kept my interesting for a while. Good job! |
| Aug 27 11:37:00 | 7m 00s | MegaPunch | Awesome job, didn't think there would be real multiplayer on any of these entries, the gameplay works really well. Only main thing is I wish there was some sort of score/rounds so that winners could somehow be declared. The controls were intuitive as well and made for some fun arcadey fights. |
| Aug 27 11:50:00 | 13m 00s | Robotica | Fun little game, I really liked the bass music. The 3d spins when you pick a face is cool. Though the game is incredibly simple I did find it to be a bit addicting for a while. Good job! The faces were pretty funny to look at too and the way the eyes moved helped liven things up. |
| Aug 27 12:08:00 | 18m 00s | The Duellists | Great game! Loved the graphics and the concept. Though it did take a little while to figure out how exactly the whole thing worked, and I dont know if it's a bug or what, but is there supposed to be audio? It says to keep the cursor in the box until the bell rings, but I never heard anything. Might be due to play the web version, not sure, but it was a little confusing but I was still able to win just by waiting until both players turned. Could be good as a 2P game, and if it maybe had some intense music. |
| Aug 27 12:19:00 | 11m 00s | Bob Won't Be Late | Interesting concept and it worked well with the theme. I feel like it could have been improved with easier movement controls and maybe more forgiving area to use when clicking on objects, if I didn't click perfectly in the center of the shoes for example it wouldn't register as me picking it up. So I guess bigger hitboxes is the word I'm looking for. Since there is a short time limit, the ease of being able to do what I want and pick up what I see as fast as possible is important. The game looks really good though! Although the pickup sound was a bit high pitched. |
| Aug 27 12:41:00 | 22m 00s | Get Out! | Pretty darn creepy game, the ghost model isn't the creepiest, but I'm glad its more ambient and less of a jump scare kind of game. I really enjoyed it. The door creaking sounds and everything really helped as well. |
| Aug 27 12:58:00 | 17m 00s | 10 Sec Hero | Great job, fun fast paced game, though honestly it seems like the wizard is practically useless at the beginning, I couldn't find a reason to use anybody other than the warrior. A little bit of music would have helped a lot I think. But other than that the timing in the game seemed pretty well thought out. Nice job! It's a very well rounded game. Once I found that I could hold down the attack button, the time limit didn't seem so bad either. |
| Aug 27 13:01:00 | 3m 00s | Defuse in 10 seconds | Oh dear, this gives me flashbacks of Mario Teaches Typing, fun game overall, I didn't see anything that seemed object when it came to figuring out how many more passwords to input though. Maybe there was one but I was too focused on the screen to be able to look around. Great looking game though, and the music helps make the game seem more intense. |
| Aug 27 13:06:00 | 5m 00s | Clocked In | Awesome little game, was a little confused about how it used the theme at first, but seeing how it rotates every 10 seconds it makes more sense. The gameplay itself is fun, and the jiggle from hitting things is almost rewarding enough to not want to dodge things! Either way its a good looking game that played well. |
| Aug 28 01:26:00 | 12h 20m | Feeding Time | Interesting little game, the graphics are really nice but I felt like the controls were a little strange feeling. It's a pretty design helicopter running type game. The sounds could be a little high pitched at times. But other than that, its a pretty solid game. |
| Aug 28 01:29:00 | 3m 00s | 10 Seconds to Self Destruct | Interesting game, though the movements felt really floating, which made it seem like I had a lot less control, which is important in a timed race of sorts. The game looked nice and the concept was nice and simple though, followed the theme well. |
| Aug 28 01:31:00 | 2m 00s | 10 Seconds to Lava | Interesting game, I always liked a sort of "the floor is lava" idea. The controls are a little wonky but it was still pretty easy to beat. I really liked the pixel style of the textures! A little bit of audio I think would have helped it a lot too. |
| Aug 28 01:37:00 | 6m 00s | Clockwork Cat | Fantastic game! The controls were tight, the concept was cute and the puzzles were fun and easy to understand. The pacing was also really good and the use of the theme was wonderful. Good job! |
| Aug 28 01:39:00 | 2m 00s | Thorvald | Great music and the animations and overall art was really charming. The gameplay was interesting and fit the theme, I think the only real problem is that I didn't really feel like there was much of a drive for going further and further north. |
| Aug 28 01:44:00 | 5m 00s | Jimmy The Knight | Great artwork, interesting gameplay. Really wish I could see my health somewhere, it's weird fighting something and just instantly going back to the main screen. Since I can't see any health bar its hard to tell how careful to be, which is important when its a raise against the clock. Other than that and the little line artifact on the top and bottom doors of rooms I thought it was an interesting simplification of the classic Zelda dungeon set up. |
| Aug 28 01:49:00 | 5m 00s | Gauntlet: A Series of Ten Second Strategies | The navigation was a bit buggy it seemed and it's hard to really figure out how the mechanics work, which makes surviving hard to figure out too. When I played I guess my blue guy got stuck between buildings and I was left without the ability to click around while he I guess went through a few countdowns to get onto another building. Overall I was just confused. The level looks nice though. |
| Aug 28 01:54:00 | 5m 00s | Count2Ten | Fun game, much more interesting as a party game compared on single player. Even then though it seems a bit too simple. A little bit of ambient music could be interesting, or party music, could switch it up to throw people off. Even so I liked the art and distractions. Overall it was a fun time killer. |
| Aug 28 02:03:00 | 9m 00s | The Path | Interesting concept, the interface wasn't the most useful, it always said I was using engine component 0 or 1, but if there is just 3 components for each 10 seconds, Should it list components 1-3? I felt like I was doing something wrong because it was red text and never knew when it was going to move until later on when I just started seeing similar patterns. Feel like with a little more direction/polish it would be a lot more fun from the get go. Looks nice and the concept seems like a cool idea though. |
| Aug 28 02:10:00 | 7m 00s | SAVE THE WORLD! | Interesting game, when falling off the building I fell through the floor into some weird glitchy space rather than falling through the manhole though, which was odd, it seemed random once I finally got to the next scene. The plotline was interesting and the gameplay overall was smooth. That robot at the beginning was incredibly annoying though, might wanna tone down that audio for it. Othewise, great job! |
| Aug 28 17:35:00 | 15h 25m | Proletarian Ninja X | Fantastic game, the controls worked really well, the concept was fun and the graphics are beautiful. There is an extremely large sense of gratification when you can take out large amounts of fancy men in succession under the time constraints. Really makes you feel like a ninja from the movies. This game would be perfect if it had a little music to go with it. Awesome work! |
| Aug 28 19:57:00 | 2h 22m | Basketeerz | interesting game, though in one level I apparently through the ball hard enough for it to disappear, then on the later stages there were lots of areas where the ball would easily just get stuck and I had to just wait a while for the countdown to finish. It's an interesting take on a mini golf sort of game. |
| Aug 28 20:00:00 | 3m 00s | Charge | Interesting game, reminds me of a simplified Pikmin when it comes to the controls. The graphics are charming and really well made, thought the game seemed very basic without any sound or music. The controls were smooth as well. Good job! |
| Aug 28 20:59:00 | 59m 00s | War Horse Of Impeccible Desert Taste And Cannons | Very interesting and creative game. Though I had to do go through the controls multiple times to really understand what was supposed to go on. I had the problem of getting stuck on the green blocks too, they looked like grass so I figured that they were something you could walk on. The sounds could be a little overwhelming though. Overall I would say the game is crazy, but has good points. |
| Aug 28 21:53:00 | 54m 00s | QuickHunt | Great game, the art style is really nice and the ambient sounds also work well. The controls seem very organic too. My only problem is the random spawning of the animals can make 1 try go really well while the next you get stuck with an animal to hunt without it really being in the level yet (it seemed that way anyways after running through the whole level once before finding a second rabbit) but the scoreboard is a nice touch too. Awesome work! |
| Aug 28 22:04:00 | 11m 00s | Mebby | Interesting game, I feel like it didn't incorporate the theme too much though, the concept of the characters was interesting, the controls made it a tougher game to play, I feel like controlling and aiming made for some unnecessarily harder game play. Other than that I felt the game looked nice and was entertaining. |
| Aug 28 23:25:00 | 1h 21m | Origin Within | Amazing job, the sprite art is really well done, the gameplay was interesting and had decent pacing and the controls worked really well. I really like with a little bit of music it could have really set a mood of some sort. Otherwise I feel like it was really good! |
| Aug 28 23:36:00 | 11m 00s | 10 Second Dungeon Hero | The gameplay was pretty easy and the artwork seems completely random, I really wasn't sure what to think of it. Combined with the Castlevania music which I think breaks LD rules a bit, I feel like the game took simple shooter mechanics and a timer and through it together with whatever sprites were on hand. The gameplay itself could be fun, but the aiming didn't seem as intuitive or accurate as I would normally expect. |
| Aug 29 01:14:00 | 1h 38m | Campfire | Interesting game, love the art, wish the game had sound, and I wish there was a better description of how to actually play, I had no idea how to really do anything other than collect wood and make the fire bigger. I'm sure if I knew how to play though it would have been a blast! |
| Aug 29 01:23:00 | 9m 00s | PROBE TEAM | nice visuals and the controls worked well, near the end things got a lot harder that I would have thought and the 10 seconds of fuel was an interesting take on the theme. |
| Aug 29 01:28:00 | 5m 00s | Dungeon Deadline | Fantastic game, love the music reminds me a bit of Golden Axe, the controls and movement was smooth the graphics were nice and the pacing was great too! Good job! |
| Aug 29 01:47:00 | 19m 00s | Step Out | Awesome job, loved the visuals and the puzzles were interesting, though after a while the puzzles seemed to get too long considering the movement speed. Overall I felt like it was a great game that does everything pretty well. |
| Aug 29 01:51:00 | 4m 00s | Potato Lagoon | Awesome game, the aiming is a little awkward but everything else is fantastic. I absolutely love the music and the bouncing vegetables and fruit. |
| Aug 29 01:56:00 | 5m 00s | Knight's Temper | Really interesting game, not sure exactly what I'm supposed to do or how the mechanics work which leads me to not see the LD theme much, but other than that it seems pretty polished. |
| Aug 29 01:59:00 | 3m 00s | GitGirl - Conflict Resolver | Fun game, the wall jump could be a little weird, but it was really fun overall. Awesome job! I absolutely love the music, reminds me a lot of the music from the Disgaea series. |
| Aug 29 02:09:00 | 10m 00s | Ten-2nd Scientist | Nice job, it was a cute series of mini games with an interesting twist. Also love how simple the controls are. Awesome job! |
| Aug 29 02:15:00 | 6m 00s | Castle Clocksworth | Fantastic artwork and interesting gameplay with simple controls, though I felt like I stuck to walls quite a bit, which cut into the timer a lot leading to some frustrating restarts. Also there were some times where I felt like I got stuck entirely unless I restart, but I might have just not understood the puzzle. |
| Aug 29 02:41:00 | 26m 00s | Adventures of Schrodinger's cat | Awesome job, I love the mechanics and the different levels seem all really well thought out. The graphics also seem really good and the music is very fitting. |
| Aug 29 19:38:00 | 16h 57m | GIMP the Tapedeck-Operated Robot | Cool concept, the controls were easy to understand and worked well. The theme seemed a little tacked on but it works. I do with there was shortcuts for the other controls rather than just stop though. other than that it looks nice, sounds nice and plays nice. |
| Aug 31 01:48:00 | 30h 10m | Deadline | Interesting game, the graphic style is fantastic, the outlines make for a very original look. The journals were a little obscure, but the game area was small enough that once I figured out how to crouch that I could spam the interact button on everything and manage to move forward. The matter drive thing's sound was pretty annoying, I feel like something a little quieter could have worked well. Other than that it works as an interesting adventure game! Good job! |
