| Apr 29 17:44:00 | One fine morning our machines are gonna cut us down | Yeah, works fine in Firefox for me now.

Props for including in game directions.

Could use a pause feature a la Baldur's Gate or so, where if you have ships without orders it auto pauses and lets you give them directions in peace and quiet. Makes it more of a strategy game instead of an action game, maybe not what everyone wants. | |
| Apr 29 18:00:00 | 16m 00s | Buggers! | I liked the figure-out-the-most-optimal path aspect.

I had a bit of a dance with a roach, it was kind of a moment. |
| Apr 29 18:27:00 | 27m 00s | T.O.M.B. | This is very good, but also very frustrating.

(Also, if I understand you correctly, the music wasn't made during the compo, which breaks the rules. Was it supposed to be a Jam entry?) |
| Apr 29 18:46:00 | 19m 00s | Maze of Argus | Is good. Red beholders are evil. Never did complete 2-5, but it was very close once. Sad about no sound. |
| Apr 29 18:59:00 | 13m 00s | Dropblocks | Looks great. Felt good to cut off a large part of the level. Not sure if goal/scoring makes sense. Could probably be pretty fun with some work: A minimap so you can plan better, less dependency on ammo, maybe. |
| Apr 29 19:51:00 | 52m 00s | Weapons of Minimal Destruction | Very nice production value, only missing music. Looks great, sounds good, feels good.

I like that you can play it in two different ways, trying for a low score, or just playing it like a regular game. It was pretty hard to rack up +points though, if aiming for that, guess it wasn't balanced for it, which is understandable. Both ways was fun. |
| Apr 29 20:01:00 | 10m 00s | Nine Tails | I like this. Can't currently think of anything that works quite like it, although a certain movie comes to mind (not saying which to not spoil anything).

It's a bit buggy. You can climb walls, and sometimes when I died I became two corpses. Still fun! |
| Apr 29 20:33:00 | 32m 00s | simpLify | Great look, music and mood.

Second puzzle had me stumped though, was trying for a pretty long time, and now I feel sorta sad, because everything was so good.

Also, is it just me or does the first background layer parallax slightly wrong? It feels as if it moves like a foreground layer, but I might be confused. |
| Apr 29 20:46:00 | 13m 00s | Minimality | Music is very, very loud.

Takes a while before there's any challenge. Being able to shoot would probably be more fun, but not as minimal, I agree. |
| Apr 29 20:57:00 | 11m 00s | NoBility | In stage 7 and 8, the text window covers important parts of the level!

It was pretty fun, could do pretty well with a little more work. |
| Apr 30 12:54:00 | 15h 57m | WhiteSpace | Cool concept, but it appears not to work entirely for me. It runs, but I don't get to see wall outlines, not even when pulsing. I do get to see the target sphere, and can almost play it by be feeling for walls by walking and seeing if the sphere stops moving etc, but I never see the walls.

I have an AMD card and is running Windows 8. |
| Apr 30 13:25:00 | 31m 00s | TOWLDR | I've always been a bit conflicted about TOWLRs. This one is pretty reasonable, I think. Not sure if level 9 is just demanding or if I'm missing something, but that's where I gave up. |
| Apr 30 13:53:00 | 28m 00s | Minimal Moves | I think I would like a reduced version of this game where you only need to figure out the solution and perform it somehow without steering the characters, maybe instead just click on what you want somehow.

Great look and atmosphere! |
| Apr 30 14:02:00 | 9m 00s | Pixel Dominoes | I like this. Played through it lots of times. Could use some sort of score counter, although not sure what it would count.

Everything fits the theme very well. |
| Apr 30 14:09:00 | 7m 00s | Bodyguards and Assassins | I'm conflicted. This is not a video game, but the rules actually doesn't state that it should be. It just sorts of assumes it. I'm mostly positive, though.

From a practical point of view, however, it's difficult for me to play test this :( |
| Apr 30 14:17:00 | 8m 00s | raveGRID | Fancy graphics.

Mouse sensitivity was too high for me and I have a problem with the motion blur, so gets a bit sick from playing it.

I got caught a lot. |
| Apr 30 14:35:00 | 18m 00s | BLOBGLOBS | YES HELLO TO YOU TOO

Very minimal. Fairly easy once you get a hang of it. Blobs bouncing is graphically pleasing.

Could have branched out a bit and written "You won" or "You lost". Sometimes it was a close call and hard to tell which. |
| Apr 30 14:50:00 | 15m 00s | Keypad Trainer Turbo | I keep clocking in on just below 3.2. It would probably be easier to type fast if it wasn't stressful! Anyway, good training. |
| Apr 30 14:56:00 | 6m 00s | llab | Bit hard. I like minimal controls, but I don't like having minimal control -- I felt like I was fighting the ball more than controlling it. Otherwise good. |
| Apr 30 15:07:00 | 11m 00s | Ming Imah Lism the Wizard ! | Not a big fan of having to stand still to regain mana.. well, not a big fan of having to press space while standing still to regain mana. Guess it makes sense from a wizard point of view, and for making the boss fight very hard, but it wasn't fun to just regain mana all the time. Maybe if it had recharged when changing rooms. Now, before exiting a room, I just stood holding space every time, and it got a bit tedious. Not a bad game though. |
| Apr 30 15:30:00 | 23m 00s | Newborn | Great mood, but not sure what I a supposed to do. I can drop down to lower platforms, and I can fall down completely and get to another tower thing with a different look and sound, but then if I fall off that, I get back. |
| Apr 30 15:34:00 | 4m 00s | Zomblocks Blockiller | This works quite well. I like that you can splat several zombies with a single shot if they're together. It quickly becomes pretty hard, I managed to get a bit over 6000 points in a few tries. |
| Apr 30 15:39:00 | 5m 00s | (R,G,B) | Pretty cool. It's a bit hard to make the thing behave as you want. Cool intro sequence. Nice look. |
| Apr 30 15:45:00 | 6m 00s | Super Mandelbrot Explorer Mk3 Turbo Deluxe with Cheese | Not sure why it has to flash so much, makes it difficult to look at. I always enjoy exploring mandelbrots, but that makes it a bit hard. Also, the web page/unity player setup is a bit weird, it covers the whole screen in width, but only a small bit in height, giving it a very weird aspect ratio. I can make the window width very small to get right aspect, but then the total size used is pretty small. I'm running Firefox if that helps.

I agree it's maybe not a game, but if it's fun to play with then the distinction is unimportant to me, especially with a theme such as this. |
| Apr 30 15:50:00 | 5m 00s | Minimum Reason Game: Hail To The Potato King | I'm apparently a Perfect Potato Idiot. Not sure if I should be proud or sad. |
| Apr 30 15:59:00 | 9m 00s | Minim | So apparently a huge pixel have problems picking up other huge pixels. I guess that means I reached the end.

I liked the resolution reduction, maybe could be applied as some game mechanic and not just for show.

The templates becomes recognizable pretty quickly, could use more variety. Also, the music doesn't loop? |
| Apr 30 16:03:00 | 4m 00s | MiniCave | Would liked to have some goal instead of just shooting thing for score. Also, a bit more control would have been nice. |
| Apr 30 16:20:00 | 17m 00s | Friggin Lazors | Friggin Lazors indeed. Very good game! As some other's said, bit too much pushing, being able to pick up the cubes instead might have been less tedious, but I think it's a minor complaint. Felt a bit like Portal without portals. Props for making an actual good game with HTML5 + webGL. Suitable graphics, good puzzles, good length. |
| Apr 30 16:28:00 | 8m 00s | NinjaFlare | Very nice artwork. Could have used some sort of score system (although that would be less minimal, yes).

I found myself usually just jumping over enemies instead of slashing. |
| Apr 30 16:33:00 | 5m 00s | Rocky Flight Balloon | Very stylistic, good look. Fairly easy, made it out on the second try. Some ambient music/sound would have been nice for atmosphere. Could have used anti-aliasing also, but it's a minor complaint. |
| Apr 30 16:39:00 | 6m 00s | Nourish | Would have liked the plant to grow a bit when doing well.

Very cleverly done with the music, it turned out quite good! |
| Apr 30 16:45:00 | 6m 00s | BONSAI | I think the fully trimmed bonsai in this game is too trimmed, but maybe it's just my personal taste that's not minimalistic enough :)

I like the idea, but it could have used something more (although maybe that would have been in conflict with the theme), not sure what. |
| Apr 30 16:56:00 | 11m 00s | Frost Mint Beach | My first impression was "Nifty, a mini-Myst!", but I'm afraid I didn't figure what to do, just managed to walk around looking at the landmarks I found. Pretty atmospheric. |
| Apr 30 17:03:00 | 7m 00s | Potato The Destroyer | Good stuff, but the gun fights are a bit annoying. |
| Apr 30 17:14:00 | 11m 00s | Sky Tea | Good game. Pretty. Very harsh gravity, makes it pretty unforgiving. |
| Apr 30 17:17:00 | 3m 00s | Minimal Ammo | This game is slanderous against vikings!

(Uhm, using sounds from the internets is technically against the rules.) |
| Apr 30 17:22:00 | 5m 00s | Ludum Dark | It can't be played alone? Maybe no one else was in. Didn't figure out how to get past second level.

Very pretty. |
| May 1 11:43:00 | 18h 21m | Depletion | Seems to work fine on Windows.

Pretty cool, but it gets old relatively quickly. I found some houses, stayed around to use the energy packs, moved on to the next building I saw. Hid a bit from red thingies. Was a tiny bit of an ARMA feeling. Would have liked more of a goal. |
| May 1 11:51:00 | 8m 00s | A | Very minimal, fits the theme well. Quickly becomes pretty hard. |
| May 1 11:57:00 | 6m 00s | end | Bit too high mouse sensitivity and physics that made the controls seem sluggish makes this hard to play for the wrong reasons. Otherwise pretty nifty. |
| May 1 12:04:00 | 7m 00s | The Minimalist Fisherman | Controls were a bit sluggish.

Contrary to what rockford said, it is playable on "European keyboards", just not some countries'. Is fine on most. |
| May 1 12:17:00 | 13m 00s | The Last Soul | Beautiful and great atmosphere. |
| May 1 12:23:00 | 6m 00s | GRAViTRON | Technically hunters wouldn't be confused by dead birds hanging around since they'd be used to it, and also everyone would be birds. |
| May 1 12:32:00 | 9m 00s | Explorar | "The objects have been collected." Thought I wasn't going to find the last one for a while.

At the start, before I saw the first yellow pixel, I thought they were found randomly and was moving over everything that wasn't traps like a lawnmower. |
| May 1 16:46:00 | 4h 14m | hunter hungry | Very good game. Nice visual style and good mood. Ninja rope is fun. Gripping story for there not really being one. Only complaint is had to go back and forth a bit much. |
| May 5 17:42:00 | 96h 56m | Potato Mania | Making a killing in the potato trading business is really hard :) |
| May 12 12:49:00 | 163h 07m | Merkaba | Pretty clever game, certainly minimal controls. Got a bit frustrated at the north west most (I think) screen, but got it. Nice look. |
| May 12 13:11:00 | 22m 00s | Potato Dungeon | This is really great, in every possible way. |
| May 13 18:31:00 | 29h 20m | Triquacir | Got error message people have been mentioning (pastebin with log: http://pastebin.com/mmV4sujE). The first error is complaining about not finding OpenAL.

To fix this, I downloaded the OpenAL redist installer and ran it (http://connect.creativelabs.com/openal/Downloads/oalinst.zip). Then it worked fine.

The game was pretty clever. Invisible shapes that moves and swaps? Not the easiest to handle at first. |
