Wow! That was definitely the longest amount of time I've spent on an LD game so far. I love how the city grows in the background. Ascension had a lot more depth to it than I originally thought it would. Great job, dude!

Awesome job! I like the sound effects :) Here are some things I think you could improve for next time: - I thought the game loop was a little slow. There was a lot of walking involved which got pretty boring, but it could be better if maybe you increased the walking speed, and made your children get hungry faster to balance it out. - Since the player can only carry one food item at a time, the UI element showing what food you're holding could be bigger on-screen or more apparent. As it is, it's off to the side, which made it had to find at first. Other than that though, I thought it was great! I liked the challenge of finding food among the flowers & trees.

That was great! The only thing I found strange was that there was a weird clicking sound every once in a while, and I'm not sure what that was. It may have been the sound that happens when an asteroid creates a piece of ore? Awesome asteroids, by the way! I love that they're 3D!
