Game launched in a window with no scroll bars and didn't auto-scale. Couldn't see the bottom of the screen, and could only work out my position by where the shots came up from. Still, persisted until I managed to refuel at 0. A nice concept let down by poor presentation.

Interesting concept. I had a few issues where I couldn't place bombs, and I think the difficulty might be a bit too high. Bomberman has a tight playfield because you're supposed to expand it as you go along, but by scrolling new areas in all the time, there's never enough room for more than one or two bombs at a time, which is a big part of the fun in the original.

@Yetman yup, that's right. I considered having a limited pool of tiles to draw from, but given how puzzlescript works, that would be a massive pain in the bum, and almost impossible to communicate to the player properly. So you can constantly keep drawing from the magic bag o' tiles. Actually it's even more magic-bag like since it only ever gives you tiles that you haven't uncovered yet, so it doesn't get too hard. I still think it's too hard though, but there's not a lot of wiggle room for adjusting that now.

Thanks @tomdeal, I would love to have a better font, but sadly puzzlescript only allows for 5x5 pixel sprites. Originally I did have the letters filling the entire 5x5 space, but that actually made it less legible than just having 3x3. I'm really thinking I should write a patch to allow bigger sprites though, it's my biggest gripe with the engine.

Really slick game, but I feel that the lack of telegraphing enemy attacks makes survival pretty much chance based. If the enemy ship fire patterns / directions were better communicated, you could add a lot more bullets.

Nice game although starts off too easy. Should probably introduce the multi-button traps sooner.
