Great aesthetic and atmosphere.

It would have been nice if the "health indicator" was a bit easier to see like if it had harder edges to make it easier to see as it appeared. Also the lack of fall damage and barriers around cliffs lets the player jump off cliffs instead of going down rope. Otherwise great game, the atmosphere is genuinely awesome

@room606 Yeah there are only two levels and the game just fades to a blank screen when you finish(Wasn't intended we just didn't implement an end screen in time). We intend to develop the game further, put a couple more levels on itch then develop a mobile version.

Really fun even though it lacks balancing. With some balancing it would be much more viable I suggest implementing a real BP system for the AI as well and setting up a small finite state machine to control the chances of spawning each type. The game really reminded me of old flash games like Age of War. It may be a good idea to add a queue system like that to balance the melee units as well.

@twohands @amarillion @joeshanahan I wasn't planning on fixing the jitter problem but I think I'll go for it anyway. The reason for the bug is that the movement capture doesn't work every frame for performance but we can adapt it to work. I'll ping you again once it's fixed!

@thomas-volpato we added the sounds last minute so the quality is pretty bad. I don't think we'll return to that part of the game but we'll see what the future has for us.

@petter We considered keeping the platforms in the air but that made the levels too easy as you could easily pass all the puzzles using that.

Nice simple game, I would've liked to see some more polish on the game as some things like the room changing animation feel off. Also would've been a lot more intuitive if the doors were little portals instead as they seem to only work one way. I'd also love to see some more content in general as I got lucky and finished it in less than 30 seconds.

Really cool concept, It would have been better if it was easier to click on the small elementals, maybe with a larger click collider, also once the population grows it's pretty hard to tell if the balance is off until the pie chart is moving fast which is too late to stop it.

I love the art style and the characters. The gameplay was nice but in some parts it got needlessly frustrating where I wasn't in any danger but was waiting for the controls to switch. Also sometimes the collisions felt unintuitive, I think it was from the flat 3D perspective but I'm not sure if anything could be done with that.

As a side note, looking at the source code you should learn about singletons, so you don't have to use FindGameObjectWithTag every time you want to access the ScoreManager.

@bluemaus I thought of adding a Luck be a Landlord style rent you had to pay each 2-3 minutes or so to add an objective to promote more risky gameplay too. I was just a bit too late to think about it and didn't have the time to implement it.

A nice creative concept. I wish there was a better animation for the dice rolls. Especially at the out of battle rolls it's hard to tell what result you got if you're not paying attention to your food and money. Also with the current game balancing I feel like your best bet is to always try to run.

Nice work! Would've liked a nicer plate animation so that it doesn't just go from stable to really wobbly and had some intermediate wobblyness. It was quite a stressful game but I think if you risk it and start spinning the plates in order from left to right or vice versa, the game becomes really repetitive and boring.
