Intense and awesome game. I enjoyed the challenge, especially the 5th boss(the hardest in my opinion). I really got stuck on that and had to learn from my mistakes and come up with a strategy to beat it.In short, I was close to ragequitting, but because of the lack of checkpoints( my only criticism, even though it adds to the difficulty) I had to finish it. The music was fitting, but more tracks for variety would be great. Overall rage inducing and fun experience. Smooth and fast-paced gameplay. I don't know how many hours it took me to finish this, I somehow lost count while I was enjoying the game(2-4). It definitely was worth it. Would you kindly check out my teams' game? This was our first Ludum Dare and we appreciate all the feedback that we can get; https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/god-does-play-cards.

I have a suggestion. You should add a leaderboard. Overall fun experience but you have to fix the difficulty. In this state, it is a bit too easy. It definitely needs some badass or funky music and SFX as well.

Definitely looking forward to the next patch. I share the opinion of those who have commented earlier, especially when it comes to the lack of sounds and music, the slow pace of the game and spawn rate etc. Despite the criticism, it is a humorous and great concept. Your plan for further implementation is promising. Could you kindly check out our game?; https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/god-does-play-cards . Take notice of the fact that this was our first LD.
