Bad: - No clear directions or instructions on what to do. - Too high of difficulty / unbalanced gameplay.
Good: - Graphics aren't the best, but they "work" for this game. And can tell with the level of creativity that it took a lot of effort. - Audio is nice and not annoying. - Webpage for game is nicely designed and aesthetic. - Can play a PC game within a PC game.... Mind blown. - Humor, I love the dating sticky notes and whatnot.
Overall: I love this game and the fact that it's a compo submission blows my mind. This developer knows their stuff and have made my favorite compo sub so far!
Neutral: - Building from source would land me in a psych ward, Write build script?
Bad: - No quit functionality, have to use Alt+F4 or Ctrl+Shift+Esc to exit. - Visually bland, needs some color added to it! - As others have said, ball needs to move just a bit faster. - Minimal UI.
Good: - I like the take on the Unstable theme. The instability along with different states make me think you know a thing or two about quantum mechanics ;) - It reminds me of the pinball game that came with Win 98-XP (I think).
Overall: I like the take on the theme. Despite all the bads I listed, I've never used Panda3D and since I haven't I can't really say what could be better or not as I have no idea. Decent game, just left me wanting a bit more. Good job though!!
Neutral: - UI is very basic and simple, yet easy on the eyes. Easy to see / read.
Bad: - No quit functionality, have to alt+F4 or ctrl+shift+esc to exit. - I had a 6 level tower but whenever I'd get the 7th one on (and it was clearly a valid throw) the cube would disappear after a few seconds, as if it were on the floor.
Good: - Good difficulty / well-balanced. - Audio and SFX were basic but they just "fit" the game. - Music toggle.
Overall: For a compo game, I love it!! Apart from the disappearing cube issue, this game was tons of fun to play. Well balanced and downloadable, not online , so it can be played without an internet connection. Great job man!
Formatting - Tutorial overlay isn't consistent with spacing and capitalization.
Subsystems - Learning curve is **huge** due to many subsystems.
Good:
Artwork - The objects themselves and their icons in the tutorial overlay look primitive, but considering this is LD Compo submission and there's a diversity of images/icons, it's amazing!
Subsystems / Features - It seemed like content from a weeklong jam due to how many there were. For an LD Compo sub I am very impressed!
Audio - I like it.
Input Mappings - One of the two biggest no-no's in game dev is to not include a way to quit the game besides ctrl+shift+esc; Not only does this game include a way to quit, all action mapped buttons are in close proximity (Q and E to interact). Plus H brings up tutorial page with what to do. It was well designed and proper input mapping always increases the games playability.

Just curious... why wasn't the core stabilized before departure if it's so critical?? XD
UI - Options at top right should be more visible.
I'm not familiar with GL and web based games so I would think that pressing ESC would load main menu, not freeze and have to refresh the webpage.
Overall:
The graphics are very basic and the gameplay logic is very complex. But the fact is it all comes together... at least enough to suck me in for quite a while. I truly enjoyed playing this game... and the fact that it's a compo submission makes me like it way more! My favorite so far, good work!
Neutral: Platforms - The ball doesn't move with the platforms. Adds difficulty but perhaps too much for some.
The Bad: Quit/Menu - Nice menu but I always have to ctrl+shift+esc to quit the game. Then relaunch for menu.
Camera - In the windy section the camera is waaaay too zoomed in to be able to make the next jump or two. A respawn point is needed at beginning of the windy section at least.
Controls - They just feel... off lol.
The Good: Skins - Multiple skins for player character. All make sense as they are spherical.
Respawn Points - Definitely necessary for player to maintain their sanity.
Theme and Audio - Music isn't annoying and great theme and use of textures.
Falling Platforms - Neat addition. Check out my game, I love falling objects lol.
Overall: A game with good thought behind it, level design especially. I am determined to beat it and won't be deleting it off my PC until I do. Plus the game size is tiny! It's entertaining and difficult. The combo of camera and controls make it extremely difficult to get past pillars, but hey that just means I'll play it longer, yet in more sessions since I may get frustrated and quit. It was a good result from 72 hrs of game dev and this was only my 2nd jam so props for taking a step out of your comfort zone and trying something new. Learning and trying new things is what it's all about. Great job you three!
