Grim & Tonic by Calzep 2019-04-30T14:20:40Z

The text was very long and it can make someone want to close the tab real fast. I skipped it, but the gameplay is actually fun! The art, animations and choice of sfx and music is pretty cool. Gameplay made me want to play a few more rounds.

I agree with damantisshrip on the graphics, I like them too. As well as her expressions and the sounds. And that up and down movement feels sluggsish. I had a little trouble at first figuring out what the water was. But the second playthrough I got it. Was fun to play though.

First of all: Looks very clean and well-rounded! graphics, animations, choice of sounds, voica-acting and cartoony humor are top notch! I also like that contrast of the cute, cell-shaded cartoon style, transitiong to that 3D creepy body-horror-ish appeal. Nice touch on the old footage running in Granny's eyes too! Creative way of explaining the mechanics of the game in the tutorial. When touching the red brain cell: "Oh, that memory is gone!"

Fun to play most when having to avoid the red ones and only touching the cyan-blue ones. The only thing I have to criticise is that when the darker blue ones appear and you have to keep knitting them until they're done, it kind of throws me out of the flow of tryng to hit the cyan-blue ones as fast as possible while trying to avoid the red ones. Kind of wish it was only the red and the cyan-blue ones. Then again, I get the point that the blue ones are a challange that you have to be careful once they turn red and you lose a huge amount of points when the player doesn't pay attention.

Overall, awesome work!

Don't think about others by DAVidus 2019-04-30T14:55:19Z

I actually got emotional playing this. I like how it's provoking the player's guilt and I had an internal struggle wether I actually want to win this but I wanted to see how far this goes, so I made it to the end.

The different heart projectiles are really creative and good choice on the music and sounds. The intro with the music and the transitions already set the mood right.
