Its hard to find something wrong about this game, but I did catch a few. Some of the controls were wonky and not really intuitive. That did add a challenge but it would have been nicer to make it easier to move the walls and your character with it. Some levels were frustrating because of this. I nearly stopped playing. I reeeeeeally wish there was a soundtrack to it. Something atmospheric, epic and orchestral to go with the art would've been really cool. Otherwise excellent job! Unique gameplay, mixes with the theme really well.
This is a really good game! captures the essence of the theme really well, is simple to understand and fun to play. Music and art are harmonious in concept and I love how the powerups were simple and easy to understand. Great game! you could even expand this to include a bigger map and it will still translate really well
I actually found this really fun to play! very unique. Points taken off for graphics and audio, but only because they were nothing groundbreaking, not because you didn't have them or because they were not appropriate for the game. Really funny eating noises and quite challenging as well. Not sure if there's bugs with the scoring system? it would have been good to see how much everything was worth individually when you get the receipt back
I think the game should've started at a slower pace to get you accustomed to the gameplay. It was hard to follow along and I never ended up making progress. I think it is a unique game idea, but the implementation needs to be tweaked so its more user friendly. Unfortunately, in this type of environment nowadays if users cant catch on quickly they'll easily lose interest in the game. I can tell a lot of thought did go into this though and I like the 2.5D artsyle
This game looks so awesome but i cant seem to play it on itch.io.... not sure why. So far i love the graphics and the music is quite nice! if you can get it working on itch.io i might be able to play it :(
