A bit on the morbid side, but I like the gimmick. One thing that could smooth out the process of paying for inventory would be some sort of timer saying how long you had before your next payment was due.

I love the platform revealing mechanic, and liked figuring out the later puzzles. However, the physics on the jumping felt hard to control, and the interaction between the player and platforms sometimes felt off. All that being said, I'd love to see a full game with this mechanic, but with some of the control issues ironed out. Good work!
