My team absolutely hated this theme once it got selected. We couldn't even decide on the gameplay until it was nearly the last day. So I'm glad everyone had fun playing it because we did not have fun trying to come up with something.

@zazery Well, when you're taking out several guys all at once, I'd call that feeling like you're winning.
@brantkings I put in the sounds last, so the their volume and other things about them weren't quite as I wanted them, but I was just happy to see the game completed.
@GeorgeBroussard For most people it is balanced. It takes a bit to get used to it, but once you do you can score 35,000 on each player on average.
@eraldo That's the bug I'm working on fixing. You weren't pushed off screen, but you definitely became invisible.
All of the music except the title screen music was from that python script. The title screen music was actually made by hand for the game.

As I stated on the LD Relax Stream, the voice acting really brought the best out of the game. It was guiding the player without obstructing the view and providing a well designed atmosphere. Review on the stream.

I played this game on my stream. I broke this game more times than I should have, flying into the empty space. It needed a restart button. I did finish it, but I was disappointed at the end. The physics work against the player.
This is game is very much a springtail simulator. If you've ever seen them jump, they are pretty out of control. They land on their head half of the time.
Minimal graphics. Minimal screen view. Minimal sized player. Minimal number of challenging objects. Minimal title screen options. I would say there's plenty of "minimalism" going around.
@stqn It's not impossible to avoid the beetles, it's just really hard (maybe you meant 'impossible' figuratively?). People other than me have made it to level 3 and 4. I've only reached level 3 and I made the game.
This game was great. The learning curve was right, the mood was right, and overall it was pretty fun to figure out ways to beat the stages. I could definitely see this game being turned into a larger game that'd I'd play. 'Cause the only drawback I could find is that there wasn't more.
The smiley face appears if they don't mind getting back to work. A sad face appears and they won't do anything if their respect for you is too low and they're feeling the blues.
The exclamation mark means that you interrupted them from whatever they were doing.
