That's a great concept, trying to tell a story about being a boss. Nice looking art style, great animations.
When i repeatedly told the workers to go back to work when they stopped, i got a smiley face every time meaning they're happy that i told them to get back to work. Not sure if that's the story you were going for.
The smiley face appears if they don't mind getting back to work. A sad face appears and they won't do anything if their respect for you is too low and they're feeling the blues.

The graphics are quite nice, but I'm not sure I really understand what to do here. I click on the dudes, and little !s appear above them, and then... I guess that's it?
The exclamation mark means that you interrupted them from whatever they were doing.
Nice art.
This could for sure make a great micro (macro?) management game, if finished.
