Quite a fun game, having the entire thing take place on a old screen is a cool idea, and walking around in the airship to control different parts of it is such a fun idea! The mixed pixel sized don't look awesome, the chromatic aberration is a bit too strong in my oppinion and I didn't quite understand the tutorial sticky notes(They all just say Z and A but pressing Z doesn't do anything), but besides that it's a really cool game!

Pretty nice! The need to go around your ship to do the different things is cool. I think the meta is to go to the top left corner and just spam the forward attack :D But well done

The game within a game is a cool idea. It makes me want a full version with te option to get up and roam the room, find secrets. That could go in the direction of inscription or tunic. Aside from that, the game is already very fun. Good job.

The atmosphere is captured in a very familiar way. It reminded me of my childhood.

Great job on this project! Loved the visual style and the overall atmosphere you've created here, fits the jam nicely. Left full ratings! Greetings from the Meow Bomb team — feel free to stop by our page if you're looking for more games to rate!

I really liked how the game looked and played - just felt like it all fit together really well. I thought the gameplay of having to move around between steering and attacking was cool as well, the bombs felt really tricky to use and the canons on the ground were usually the thing that ended my runs. I wish there was some sort of interaction with the 'real world' part of the game, the little setup with the tv was super cute and I think it could have been cool to see that used somehow. Anyhow great job with it all!

The game is pretty fun, however I think you should add some sort of cooldown to the crossbow, because I could just spam it with both Z and spacebar, overal good game though.

The artistic style is what attracts me initially. Really well made old-fashioned style, feel like I can get a bowl of popcorns and sit in front of the tv to play for quite a while. I've not played something similar during my childhood, but I'm always a bit of a vintage-theme lover, and I like how the tv is a frame by itself, making the view seem like a trip back to the old days

This art style reminds me of a game called *Double Dodger*, where you also play a 2D pixel-art game in a realistic 3D environment. I think this works really well as a minigame! Great work for the jam!

Graphics looked great and it was fun to play! I managed to make it pretty far, but those cannons took me out 😭 ended up with a best score of 1551! I think it would have been cool to be able to swap the game for a couple other small games to really sell the whole experience but that was probably out of scope! Overall, a really fun little game nice work!
