I laughed when the caption “There is a nice intro here, meow, woof” appeared. That was funny.
But once I started playing, I got stuck in the valve-turning interaction. After trying to turn the valve, I couldn’t move away from it to continue playing. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I tried pressing Escape, the arrow keys, Space, and Enter, but nothing worked.

My character went out of bounds, and I saw a debug copy of the location

I managed to somehow get out of the valve interaction after a bit but the safe was a softlock as best as I can tell.
Instructions would go a long way here to explain what to do.

had quite some trouble with the valve with trackpad
I loved the intro hahaha, but unfortunately the game was very laggy on my end, even with a strong pc and internet.

Great game, but my PC froze while I was playing it. The sound and the game itself are really good, though!
Like others, I got stuck very early. Not sure if I was doing it right or not since there were no instructions.

Solid jam experience! The mechanics feel smooth, simple to pick up, and very well executed for the time limit. Left my scores! Cheers from the Meow Bomb team, feel free to check out our page if you want more games to play!

Very nice mood! Finding cassettes for an escape games is a neat take on the theme. Audio is great and sets the tone from the get go. It's way too dark on my screen at least, I get that you wanted the dark atmosphere but the challenge is to make it feels very dark while not being pitch black in lots of places. The text from the cassettes was very slow for me (maybe cause of some lags idk). Good work!

thankss for the feedback @yorsh, I am glad you liked it ❤️. We could add a brightness adjustment in the settings to fix your issue. The text speed being slow is a new thing to us, not sure what happened there, would need to further investigate/debug.

Gives me the creeps, hah. Music and mood are preeetty well fitting. I also really loves the... stars. However, got a few pieces of thought that could *improve* the game: - it is very dark indeed (as others noted) - I know the flashlight is expected to help here but I would automatically put that into your "inventory" from the start / not having to find it first - there is no inventory view or sth? I should not have to remember what I have already picked - the infamous Godot freezing issue ahhh, that's a little nagging one (I have a fast enough computer to not expect this to occur, though I know it's somewhat a technical limitation)
Thanks for the experience! Keep up the good work and improve on it : )) Solid base! I don't like being spooked by monsters of any sort, so I wouldn't finish the game. However, I do appreciate the cohesiveness, which is its strongest part! :)

Very creepy and atmospheric, I hung around deliberately to see the creature I was hiding from at one point 😆 The theme track is brilliant, loved the red dwarf vibe a little of this game. If the audio cassettes had been audio themselves and/or their text been accessible in an inventory that would have been cool and sidestepped the ordering. Seriously impressive work from the team!

Cool game, love the music, struggled with the mouse a bit, and shame the cassettes didn't have audio
I really like the music and mood though interacting with stuff around the ship was a lil difficult and it was hard to see even with the flashlight.
The game looks really nice! A little dark - couldn't see into most of the corners. Maybe intentional, and didn't affect the gameplay at all as there wasn't anything important there.
The music is catchy, I was expecting the cassettes to play different music, or at least recorded audio - kind of funny the whole bit was cassettes, but it was just text.
I struggled with the mechanics a bit, I'm still not sure what button did what on the stereo, I just clicked around until things happened. Some more feedback would be helpful.
