I was a little confused by what to do, but I seemed to progress by touching the ships, so I did that! Very cute art, love the narwhal!

I had fun! Always looking forward to days at the docks where boss sez it's just moths!

I got to the end but don't think I was actually completing the levels correctly? The controls are quite confusing and difficult to use in my opinion. I love the art style and the theme interpretation is really cool. I love the concept of having to signal to animals in different ways.
I didn't manage to save a single vessel, and I got stuck under the level at one point, but I had a great time and loved the little narwhal
I wasn't expecting to play a narwhal in space today... I think you should make the most of your sense of humour, I can see you've got potential in that area!
@dan-whiffing glad you enjoyed it! We definitely should've been a bit more clear with the directions and feedback haha
@pegasys Thanks for the feedback! We definitely could've worked out some better controls and directions, but I'm glad you enjoyed the other aspects :)
@anna-tateson haha I'm glad you had fun despite the difficulties! I didn't even think you could get below the level! Clearly I need to do more testing :)
@n-o-x @shanzpro I'm very glad y'all had fun, thanks so much for giving it a play!
I had a blast even though I couldn't figure out how to successfully dock any of the ships. I really liked the audio, it set an enjoyable mood, and the moth ships were gorgeous! Also got a good laugh about a narwhal in space, lol. I love the creativity of having moths dock in webs and sharks at beaches, and honestly the whole game felt really good to play- EVEN without fully understanding what I was supposed to do. I'd definitely recommend making the controls a little more manageable (I didn't grow up a gamer, so I don't have the muscle memory a lot of gamers have, so the whole using letter keys and whatnot threw me for a loop), at least for gaming noobs like me. Good feeling game, just needs more fool-proof instructions or maybe even a mini tutorial.
What a cute concept - I only glanced at the description before starting, so I was expecting a mostly regular narwhal to guide ships in a harbour, but then the beautiful cacophony of space-moths docking in space-cobwebs and space-sharks landing in gravitationally bound sideways pools started... fun game! Loved the creativity and the bold visuals.
Very cute game with great puzzle in mind. I like the vibe and style of the idea.
Nice game! I found the controls quite hard, and I was confused to be getting to the next level even when no ship landed. The music and the graphics are nice.
Well done!
Fun concept, and a very intriguing whimsical art design.
Agreed with others that it was a bit odd to smash into ships and immediately get a "job well done" screen, though I also found it quite funny. I think failing a level progressing the player to the next level is fine here as there aren't that many mechanics to master. It probably should have a bit more feedback though, from an explosion sprite to variable text on the score screen.
On a related note, the mostly transparent background made most of the text difficult to read.
