This is so far up my alley it's back out the other side. I'm really into the texture work and general atmosphere here... Solid effort, any plans to keep working on it after?

I really like the graphics and the atmosphere they give the game :D

Also liked the idea of collecting souls to light your lantern.

Although it was a bit stressing that your field of vision was impaired so much by the lantern getting darker. Because on one hand it stressed me to find new souls and on the other hand made it harder to walk around :sob:

I don't know if there are different endings but I liked mine (You were never seen again :ghost:)

I really like the style. The idea of feeding your lantern to keep it from going out is interesting, but it lacks a real sense of risk - as far as I could tell, the mummies aren’t particularly dangerous. Is the dungeon looped? It feels endless. Great work!

Escape button closes the game in the build 😭😭Otherwise it's got good vibes, was interested to see if there was anything else the further I went but awesome job!

Amazing low-poly/pixel-art look and dark atmosphere, love the attention to detail like the title screen transition and the lantern texture and movement. The fact the lantern needs to collect flames to keep lighting the room gives a good feeling of urgency, and the procedural generation made me want to keep exploring and discovering new layouts. Easily the best compo game I've played so far, good job!

Loved this game ! I collected 21 souls before wanting to see the death animation. The first mommy scared me out as I was wandering in the dark for several minutes. The lantern movement was satisfying, have you by any chance took example on the Amnesia lantern ? It reminded a lot that !

Anyway great job !
