cool one!
Love the idea! Unfortunately couldn't figure out what to do after collecting the key (I tried the door but it won't open)
So let me get this out of the way: The idea is absolutely brilliant. That you have to collect keys in order to use them is nothing short of incredibly genius. That being said, I think taking the camera rotation "away" does the game a disservice. At first I thought it was broken, then I found out how to rotate the camera, but by then I had to walk backwards a lot to get my bearings again, unable to look where I wanted to go.
Its a cool idea, and I can see where you where going with it, and I really love the idea, its just the execution that could be a bit better
@b0guslaw thanks a lot for such a detailed feedback!
@tardis2snej, we added some hints for our game (link in description) . It might help you to finish it if you want
@zzzkvidi4 thank you, that helped! The puzzles are really interesting after all, even if not very intuitive initially :)
Great way op make the collection theme impact gameplay!
This was a really cool idea for a game and a great take on the theme. With a little more time it would be interesting to see how it developed! Great job!
The idea of collecting keys to get basic game functions is really cool! And the puzzles are fun. Great job
Having to collect your controls and stuff was a really neat take on the theme :D
Really cool ideas in this game.
Love the graphic, nice work!.
Good work, it reminded me of the game evoland)
Never seen a game that requires you to collect your controls, such an unique idea! Got stuck at the tree puzzle for a bit, but I really loved the solution once I found it. Overall a very awesome game!
The idea fits perfectly with the theme, and it is amazing how this idea is implemented in a short time. (But got a little bit 3d sickness xD)
Started of quite strong with the key collecting and wireframe visuals, but the sand puzzle was a weird one that took a bit to figure out. The start was quite strong so the rest was bound to fall a bit shorter, as you can't expect the world from jam games. Didn't quite figure out the tree part as it felt more natural to try climb higher than to just wait for it to be at a pre-determined part because the hitbox felt like it was the entire width of the starting side.
Overall a fine jam experience, could've been a bit longer. Well done on the graphical style.
Really nice idea, original concept and great execution. I think the precision platforming spoiled the start, but after that the game flowed nicely. Good entry.
Cool idea and pretty well executed. The ramp puzzle was kind of frustrating with the loose floaty controls. The concept is really cool though, with slowly building up the game by playing adding additional elements. Well done.
It would be nice if the door puzzle was related to time in some way; it's not obvious that it's relate to the hourglgass on the floor.
However this is a really cool proof of concept! I'd love to play a fully developed metroidvania/puzzle platformer with these mechanics.
I like collecting the abilities! Fun quick little puzzle game, but I felt pretty good when I figured out the balls on the floor.
Amazing! Had a blast! Very interesting and well applied concept. The only thing I didn't like was the sand puzzle. Too many balls, with somewhat of a "jankie" system, the physics were ok, just that moving around caused some of then to move out of place, and it was frustrating. The Pause ideia was perfect, when it clicked, I was amazed!
yes yes yes, thats a baseball!
