The polish in this is phenomenal, the art is super clean and altogether this feels like a fully complete experience. The core mechanic is a little bland and doesn't leave a ton of room for strategy, but the anticipation of waiting to see what the next card would be was still fun. The cats' designs were great, and I loved all the pun names.

@coyotethursday Thanks for the kind words!

Yes, the core mechanic is designed to be casual-player and children friendly. It's not a veteran-gamer mechanic.

It looks good, but I don't understand English very well QWQ

Absolutely gorgeous artstyle and the sound effects are nice too. Feels like a game I'd play to relax after a long day. Good job!

You're supposed to disclose using AI for art...

jojkeee 2025-04-09 20:58

You should have mentioned that you use AI in the game development. The gameplay loop didn't hooked me.

I wholeheartedly agree here. The game feels polished, the fact you went with cats was a stroke of genius that made it just exude charisma. Card games are wildly underrated, this is fun and engaging and quite frankly even if I am a dog person, just plain adorable!

Nice game, but I would have liked to understand better how the game works, it felt a bit random whether I should continue or not.

Amazing Game ! Nice Art Direction !!.

imnotvegan 2025-04-22 20:53

I liked the mood of the game, but I would like it to be more clear how the deck works, otherwise it is not clear when you lose, is it purely because of randomness, or are there some rules that need to be followed

silas-reinagel 2025-04-24 12:00

@imnotvegan That's good feedback. I want to iterate on the clarity.

Yes. It is pure randomness. There are no special rules for the deck and drawing. It's a standard-sized card deck, and the boss Snaps get shuffled in whenever the Boss feels that too much budget is being spent.
