finally i can prove im a perfect student.
Holy smokes the F-grade sound effects lowkey ROASTED me dude! Fun sound effects for everything.
Sometimes the "furbies" spawned in between things which felt a little tricky to be able to get them when you want to maintain your momentum.
Being able to restart mid-run would be nice if you make a mistake and want to try again faster.
Some configurations of layouts felt hard to react to meaningfully. And getting caught on something is really punishing because the acceleration is really slow.
It's satisfying getting a good chunk of momentum going.
I dig the overall vibes and aesthetic.
I like there's a in-game reason for slipping and sliding (socks on wood). :laughing:

fun game, I was not able to pass the 2 plants after the first few bouncy items, not sure how to jump high enough
@pandalk - you can back track some, build up some momentum and you can double jump over them
The art style is super cute, and the music is really fun — I love it! Sometimes the jumping controls feel a bit off, but overall, it’s a really great game!
I had the same issue as @pandalk
I also found it frustrating I could not jump forward more than a few pixels unless I had a lot of acceleration. Visually the game looks really nice and vibrant and the soundtrack is cool. It was fun even though I could not play all the way through.
I love the style of your game. The background is a cool mix with the pixelart and the music fits perfectly. I played it with keyboard and I guess with a controller it could be easier with the accelaration and jumping.

Fun colors, background music and sound effects! Keep jamming, it's only up from here! It would have been helpful to have some instructions about how to play and the double jump - took me a bit to get over that first plant, but after that I was slidin'!

Thanks for all the great feedback! I will definitely scale back the slipperiness.
The character is my 7 year old daughter and she looooooves rainbows and squishmallows! :joy:
