Hey, the link dosen't work!
Hello, could you please upload a Mac version? (I tried to run the python file, but the dependency is hard to handle)
Game worked for me, neat stuff!
@haokai-xu-1999 Sorry, but im currently not able to provide Mac support for im not really sure how to do it like at all and i dont know why it wouldnt run. im really sorry, but if you know how to do this by any chance, i would love to help you out... sry again
I liked the player animation, it was neat! The graphics in general was cute. I didn't find the exit though I would try and make the gameplay a little more robust, rather than have multiple levels, items and difficulties (although that's cool too)
Maybe you can try to upload a web version? Lots of people are uploading HTML5 on itch.io, it's also easier to check if it works when you do the porting.
Sorry I couldn't play it as I can't click on the difficulty to start the game. Maybe it's related to my screen ratio (21:9) breaking the click hitbox ?
I think that it would be better if the game ran in windowed mode, with a set resolution. (I guess that it's a pixel art game, so it would be fitting). Could you mention it if you fix it so I can try it ?
I was able to play just fine on windows. Thanks for the game!
Cool game.
It was really annoying that the default direction of attack was down and not the last "facing"/moving direction, making me always move and sometimes miss the enemy because I moved to far into them and the dagger had too low of a range. There was a lot of loot but they all seemed the same, maybe the weapon type could determine the animation but damage and speed could be a stat you would have to compare. It was hard to hit enemies with them moving away to shoot and looking like they partially moving into walls and the hitboxes being pretty small.
Very cool.
Congrats on making such game! I guess it could be called zelda-like, you thrust weapon to the side you walking. It is very difficult even on easy (and on impossible, it's basically 1-hit lose). It would be cool if there is way to heal in game (or I missed it). On some level enemy ran through the wall and I followed him into darkness (where weapon lies outside).
