Great tune for this, and obviously the pun's perfect, esp. w/ the VO. Once I had Judge Fury on the ropes I knew it was all over for sweet lady justice...

Neat game! Wish there was more levels as it felt a little easy, you can just keep hitting the enemy into the wall and sort of stun lock them. Nice backing soundtrack and sound effects!
Enjoined it a lot just wish there was a few more levels as it was very short. That song was really good.
Good vibes, nice idea - a bit stretch, but still nice. Good job. :)
I believe that "J" is punch, "K" is block and "L" is kick
@snory Ah, nice catch - fixed!
Nice song and it seemed very short to me.
I like your take on the theme. Would have been nice if there were more opponents rather than just freezing when you win.
@olsonexi That was the original plan, but time got away from us, alas!
Fun little game! Just a few notes I wanted to leave: - The animations when you're moving + attacking are a little broken. - The enemy AI isn't that great. I was able to just trap him in a corner and spam. Maybe programming an edge case where the enemy jumps over the player when trapped would have added a challenge?
Awesome job accomplishing this in Godot! That's the game engine I've been using and I can only imagine the effort that went into it.
To end on a positive, I think the music was real groovy!
I knew it was going to be fun just based on the logo but man when the voiceover happened I was even more excited  throwdown in a courtroom is definitely a unique take, and in-game artwork was really clean! I don't mind the length of the game but think I may have preferred a slightly more difficult opponent - perhaps tweaking the AI reaction times for an easy/hard mode would be a good way to keep it open for everyone? But yeah great stuff overall :)
It's a good twist on the theme and the art and sound are good. Extra juice for indications when attacks land or when you are attacked would've been nice such as flashing white when you're hit or adding some screen shake. As others have said this was really short and easy but that's how jam games go sometimes so its understandable.
Pretty bare-bones for a fighter. I didn't have much trouble winning by just barging forward and punching repeatedly. Also, gamepad controls don't seem to work; I was going to download the Windows version to see if gamepad controls worked there, but you didn't provide one. (Big reason I love Godot - exporting to both Windows and HTML5 is easy!)
Nice little fighting, but I don't get how and what to summon :) Regardless the theme, the game is hardly playable due to slow and unresponsive controls. I would expect swift actions from games of this genre.
Really cool take on the theme! The game was pretty easy to get into, so it didn't take me long before I could say "justice has been served!". One thing that was missing was some sort of ending, if not some sort of MK-style Fatality, then perhaps just the voiceover saying "K.O.!". The graphics are cool, and the music is absolutely banging. Nicely done! :)
The music track's a banger. The fight itself is too short, with Judge Fury not being aggressive enough.
