Wall-jumping helmet with a gun fighting eyeless monster things? *Yes!*
This is looking pretty great for a first-time LD submission! There are a lot of really cool ideas here, and I enjoyed trying it out.
I was tricked by the bullet upgrade: I expected that it would get me five extra bullets instead of only one. *Robbery.* I should have known that you always go for extra coins first.

I finished the game in 5 renaissance, the concept is classic but effective. well done
I like the wall jump mechanics! It feels really smooth! and there are often times when I struggled to stay on the wall with spikes underneath. Good Job!
The concept is great imo, gameplay wise the wall jump is pretty clunky and you spawn from the beginning when you die is too punishing. But overall, it's a great game!
I found this game very, very difficult, and the music was a little irritating (sorry!), but despite that, this is a decent game for your first game jam game! For future works I would suggest a difficulty ramp. The tutorial was very helpful and a great idea. It's not necessary to put every coin in the player's forward path, but it helps the flow of a game when the player doesn't have to spend a bunch of time collecting everything they see in order to progress successfully.
Kinda strange mechanic with flash on mouse not on player. But the concepr of game is interesting. Not bad!

haha you're right, our games have similar concepts. I like that the guy has a crusader helmet lol and the enemies remind me of demon eyes from terraria. Great little game

20 rebirths lol. i don't know why it took me a while to realize i could purchase more bullets - was trying to survive on the 8... nice game! was made well enough that i felt compelled to finish even though i was struggling. Honestly just simple graphics to make the purchasing seem more important? or even just bigger fonts? Congrats on finishing your first jam tho, this is impressive for a first!

Web version isnt loading for me. The game is pretty good, there is sound and sound effects. I really like the laser graphic even dou its so simple. Enemies could have pathfinding, but they worked well enough for such a simple game. Nice job for a first jam game
It's actually fun, but the fact that I only have 8 bullets and can't find more before it runs out makes me a dead guy right away. It is a shame. If it were infinite bullets, fun would be guaranteed. I don't understand why limit bullets.
