Not challenging enough since there's no "accidents" like those in the "Reigns"
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD52 → Money harvest

@xlores-liang Made it not very chalenging so everyone could win spending not too much time) Accidents are a great idea. Thanks for feedback!
Really liked the concept. I failed a few times at the start but it kept me interested enough to keep playing. I think a few more parameters in the gameplay would have really made your game sparkle. Overall great job!
Really interesting concept and idea! I liked the faced-paced frantic energy you went for with having only 60 seconds. The game was a bit spoiled for me as soon as I realised I could just alternate spamming "sell" and "spend time with family" with no consequence. I liked the humour you tried to go for, it felt very cynical especially with options such as "scam". I would have loved to have seen more of these options, and maybe more limited options so you just couldn't switch between two overpowered solution. Adding maybe timed options, more punishments or just more refinement on balancing you could get it really interesting and in-depth. Fun concept though and an interesting way to spend 60 seconds!
@stevepixelface Thank you. I appreciate it!
@porcus-pie Thanks a lot for feedback :)
I like the concept, but I think it needs a little bit more randomness like xlores suggests. I also found out pretty quickly I could just walk the dog and sell, to keep everything ok. Since reputation always goes up, it make some actions (like scam) not really usefull I think. But I believe, with enough experimentation, you may find the sweet spot :)
It's very chaotic in those initial 15 seconds and levels out. I think being able to reverse that feeling would be a great change for players. Rising tension as days go on.
It was quite fun! And I made it!
Fun concept. Difficulty needs to be balanced and having more parameters to juggle between would be nice. Like the idea. Congrats !
Think it might need something to shake up the clicking like random events, but I can feel the nugget of a great little game here
I enjoyed this it was Quirky aND FUN
Interesting concept. I don't know if it was luck or what, but I found a balance pretty quickly and ended up not doing anything for a while. Maybe you can spice it up by random events or passing through some "day-phases" and have something happen at random if the player doesn't pick an option
I liked the intricacy and commentary, though of course UI and audio in general could use more love. More than 3 days can provide, as usual XD
Very cool idea
Well, this was compo game, so lack of polish can be forgiven. Maybe instead of choosing between all of the options all the time, there could have been a choice between random 2 actions. And maybe get rid of the timer. And maybe the effect would be shown only after you have chosen it, so that you can have time to think "hmm, how would scamming affect my family relations?" (and because the timer would be off, you would have the time to think about it). But now I am just listing things how to make this game just like Reigns... I am glad that you took the time to make music, but I think there could have been some little sound when pressing a button. Overall a good and impressive game for compo, although lacking some polish.
Pretty fun game! I hope there will be more features and the game will be longer.
The story was pretty funny and made me laugh. I would have loved an alternate ending or some extra tidbits like investors. I also think the graphs could use some work and possibly some animations, but for it was fun for what it was. Good work
Well put together aesthetic, everything felt cohesive graphically. Not sure how you could make a family icon look that good with so few pixels. It was really fun once we got used to it. Wished it kept going actually. I was a bit confused by the stats on the left. Great submission!
This was a neat idea, and awesome you pulled it off in 2 days! I really like the concept but the tension from the real-time play made me fail really hard the first time lol and then I got lucky and figured out how to do it the second time. But I'm just bad with real-time stress 🤣
