At first I thought it was a bit weird that the candy didn't move to the position I clicked it, but then when I started spamming the keys, it felt a bit more natural :D
It seemed to give the same set of candies to collect every time. Maybe you could have randomized the amount and type to add some more pseudo variety.
Overall fun little pattern recognition game
Could use randomness or maybe levels. Maybe when they reach the bottom without getting the right amount they have to restart? or maybe if they get too many of one type as well? Could of used a bit more but the concept is there!
Certainly a fun idea! Looks great, sounds great. I think it could use a few more mechanical elements, perhaps if two or more of the same candy is strung together then they all disappear at once? Aldo perhaps make the level continues so we don't reach the bottom with nothing to do, if we didn't make the quota?
It's fun for what it currently is, so you need to add more levels and variety. Also, there needs to be more objectives than to harvest certain candies. There also needs to have a bonus time attack mode, where it's all-you-can-eat.
Happy NY to you as well! I can relate to this kandy king guy! My kid loved this entry, he picked it out to play because of the theme ;) Was actually nice there was no time limit for him. He said it would be nice to have different candies needed on different levels too :)
@duzzondrums Your little one liking our entry is the best compliment we could have asked for (My son also enjoyed play testing it, but would finish by saying "it was fun but it needs a bit more stuff" - everyones a critic :p)
