oh my god! this game is really challenging lol. I love how it kept me on my toes all the time especially at the start, switching between characters is a really nice consept I feel like it adds a new layer of resource management on top of what you already have to deal with, Good Game!
Really fun concept and well executed, left me wanting more after there was nothing else to upgrade other than the walls!

upgraded everything, was a little difficult at the start because I didn't read much but after I noticed q to fix walls the start got easier then it just went on a infinite loop. The part I like the most was the idea of switch between two characters to do different task, fun game! If I had to give a piece of criticism, it might be the left character can just get the same gold chest over again. If the character also had to get wood for repairs that would improve the left character. But I know I can't fit every idea I have in my own games. :) fun game!

Whoah, didn't expect it to be harsh so quickly! ^^' The game is really unforgiving, and it easily get frustrating when monster are attacking and you just cannot do anything. On the first minute it feels more like there is a single winning strategy to find.
However the concept is very interesting! I think it needs more refinement. I liked the idea of handling two sides, with two different objectives. It's like a coop game! :D As it is, the "tower-defense" gets more weight than the other one (since it has emergency), unbalancing the whole. But there's certainly way to make it work! On the single game where I lasted longer than 40 seconds, I enjoyed coordinating myself and switching between two states of mind!
I should also mention that, even if it is only assets, the game looks and sounds great! It could use a bit more juiciness (on the projectiles, the enemy attacks, or the looting), but it's already satisfying to play. Congrats for this entry!
I really like the idea and overall the execution is really good. The only real weakness of the game is the beggining, its a bit easy to lose by the second round. Great game

a good tower defence game x) between product phase and defence phase, its god that all happening without stop. its become a litle monotonous at a time, keep doing the same move, and in the end, the prod can't follow, maybe a upgrade for the prod ?

OK for the assets, but the placement is harmonious. The system with the coin works well too.
The game is maybe a little difficult to understand at the beginning, but when you understand it, it's good balancing (In a game jam, you don't have to be more difficult than that).
I think the main default than you could avoid, it's the difficulty of the waves has a limit. So, if you upgrade everything, you can't loose, and you have to quit the game when you want. It's a bit frustrating, and you can avoid it simply, with always more ennemies, or more and more strong. But your game must have a end. It's important.
Otherwise, the system works. Good job !

@0x-void-x0 Time management was indeed the main idea! Forcing the change of phase suddenly imposed choices in terms of the actions undertaken, I would have liked to put more things in to manage this time! Thank you anyway !
@upcharlie It is true that more options for improvements would have made the experience more interesting. But I ran out of time haha! Thank you anyway !
@aes1 Thank you for your comment ! Indeed, at the very base I intended to add more elements: wood for repairs, ammunition to reload the towers, all that. But... Not enough time, unfortunately. For a full version maybe!

@itooh Thanks for playing! It's true that the difficulty was a bit complicated to set up, haha. Not enough time, like a lot of other things! And it's true that to do it again, make it a co-op game rather than a phase succession would be more fun!

@loki-drams Bon toi, ça sera en français, plus simple hein. :P Mais ouais, la difficulté a été un peu fait à la va vite à la fin. J'ai été très productif le premier jour, beaucoup moins le second (alors que j'ai autant travaillé !), et le troisième jour a été assez relou à gérer aussi haha. Merci en tout cas !

Comme je l'ai déjà dit plus haut, ouais, la difficulté a été le soucis principal. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de trop tester le jeu, ce qui explique que je n'ai pas trop travaillé (et j'en suis deg quand même) la courbe de difficulté. Merci encore !

Really enjoyed the combination of idle and tower defense here, and both the graphics and the music suit the game very well. Well done!
Greetings from the other Justin Time game! This was super fun! It took me a couple of tries to not immediately lose, but once I got the hang of it, I had a really good time! I love tower defenses, and I liked the switching between two styles of gameplay. Each side on its own was simple, but splitting your brain between the two was very engaging! Also the art was great, I'm really impressed you filled out the scenery so nicely in so little time!
My main feedback would be that you can die too easily at the start. I had to keep replaying the game so I could have enough time to figure out where to go to make the towers and that the towers only shoot in their lanes. Also, once I'd fully upgraded the towers, I'd essentially won since nothing could get to them anymore, but the game kept going.
I had a lot of fun with it once I got the hang of it, and thinking about where I should place the character so I could maximize my time on the next phase was really fun! Great job!

Cool, it's fun and the idea of switching phases is really good too! The gameplay is quite challenging, maybe it will be easier if the spawn rate of enemies can be slower in the beginning. Nice work!
Wow this was awesome, really great job! I absolutely love the idea of swapping back and forth between two characters every 10 seconds and they have completely different jobs but both support the main gameplay. I think you executed it well too visually, from the indicators of where to stand and how long the hold the button. It was definitely fairly tough because if you forget to put money on the table or you just dont get there then you have nothing to do on the other side and cant help but lose. It was also frustrating to lose when you are in the money collection phase, but of course it makes sense they would keep attacking. Anyway, I really had a blast with this, awesome job!
I like the graphics and mechanics, maybe needs some feedback when you collect coins (the amount),is a nice game and original concept, good job!
I like the artwork, sound design and the game concept! I think you should continue developing your game after the gamejam because it's really good!

Really smart use of the theme! The game was fun to play, but you reach the "end" pretty quickly. After upgrading all turrets to the max there isn't much else left to do. Nonetheless very fun to play, I enjoyed it ^^

Fun Game! I really like the mechanics! Is pretty difficult, which is alright, but having to reopen the game each time I lost was a little annoying, but didnt stop me from going back to play it! Aside from that, Solid Execution! Good Job!

Awesome Game. Enjoyed the overall concept and gameplay. really enjoyed the 10 seconds factor you implemented in the game. A little more work from the SFX sides would have done wonder. But still a great job keep it up. Please do check out my submission as well.

Oh! This is one of my favourite games on this jam. I love concept of switching characters and what challange it gives. You can give a really interesting gameplay with ready assets.
