Art is very good, I like background very much.
The goal and controls is still unknown for me. I tried to hide from waves in some ship deatils, but I can't say by visuals which decorations is safe to be.
Really good atmosphere, but gameplay is require playtesting and balance.

You can really see the hard work you put into the atmosphere. It looks good. Only issue is the character gets stuck on walls sometimes. Otherwise cool and I like the little helper shooter.
Love the visual style, audio was great too and the premise behind it is really interesting - good use of the theme.
I found the controls a little sticky at times, getting wedged in places or jump not responding when i'd expect it too. I also found which areas were 'safe' during the radiation beams inconsistent, so it wasn't always clear where I would actually be safe and where just looked safe in theory.
A good game overall and I enjoyed it, particularly the aesthetic. Some things to work through but a great jam submission. Good job
that game has a really good atmosphere

I absolutely love the graphics! Nice soundtrack too. But as some said above be the controls and the wave direction is a bit less detailed.
I am joining the other comments, really nice aesthetics, graphics and sound :D. I could have used some more hints to how I can avoid the green plague of death. I could only evade it when it came from above.

Very good games. The graphics are beautiful. Like the asteroid animation.
I think, the players stick too much to the wall. If he would slide, it would be more realistic. I understood after a few tries that the direction of the rays was indicated in the timer.
I had a hard time adjusting to the controls and physics, but the concept and art is great!

Nice art style and sound. The controls (specially jumps) don't always work as expected. The art and narrative is great!
I like the presentation of the game. There's some graphical scaling which doesn't feel good for pixel art, personally. Music is jamming and fits the aesthetic well.
The movement is bit weird, getting stuck everywhere to a point it get's slightly annoying. I noticed there was a shooting mechanism implemented but it didn't get a lot of chances to shine during my playthrough. Finally, the rad wave indicator is a nice touch.
Good job, team.
Looks great! Needed some time to figure out what I am suppose to be doing, but just walking around already has a great vibe to enjoy. I found the walking animation really funny! Congratz on the cool submission :D
Nice!
The atmosphere, graphics and music were all spot on. Very, very well done. The room for growth "critique" would be the gameplay. Things felt a bit confusing and the stickiness to walls / not jumping when you should be able to was something that made me stop playing before I won.
That being said, it's hard to balance things well and have nothing buggy in a game jam so this isn't me saying it's a bad game. Far from it. I'd love to see the game again with the issues fixed. =)
Thank you.
Cool art, nice music. The collider on the player seemed to get a bit sticky, perhaps youve used a boxes where capsules would have allowed for sliding, also a few places where jumping wouldnt work. Otherwise the game runs well, sound cool and looks good, good work!

Took me a second to get things figured out, but once I did it was a lot of fun! The mood was super cool, great job!

Pretty interesting idea! Initially I thought the storms were random but eventually I figured it out. The controls were a little wonky and it's really easy to get stuck in things. Very good atmosphere though! Art style is very nice and really fits the wasteland theme. Sound effects would have added a lot to the experience I feel. Good music. Overall feels a bit rough but with a little polish could be very engaging!

I want to be honest and therefore disagree with a lot of comments about the graphics. I think the individual pieces of art sure are good on their own but they dont work as well together. It always hurts me to see differently scaled assets in pixelart games. Almost every sprite has a different scale from another. I think the graphics would really profit from a more coherent art direction be it the pixelsizes or colour palettes.
This sounds really negative but i hope it is appreciated.
On the other hand i like the idea of the storms every ten seconds. If the colliders wouldnt be so fiddly this could even make for a really fun and fast paced runner.
The death animation is really nice and creepy as is the overall mood which is also carried by the cool music. Id say this was a very ambitous project that - while still very rough around the edges - shows a lot of promise.
