Really enjoyed the graphics, but I couldn't move. Wish I could've got further in this one!

An interesting idea, but I don't think that such a large-scale game can be done in a couple of days.
I enjoyed this game, it looks great and plays well. The minimap is a nice touch, although I think maybe if you scaled the graphics down it would have worked too. Who on the team did what by the way?
The minimap is cool, and the audio really fits. I couldn't move on the second run unfortunately :/
Very cool game, looks good and I like the minimap though it sometimes felt like the enemies attacks were too hard to read and as a result it felt like I was getting hit for no reason. Still managed to win once I got into a groove though, great job!
This is a neat idea, to have an encroaching slow swarm that gradually builds up to be very overwhelming. I did manage to save the land after a few tries, the hitboxes on my sword and enemies is pretty loose. The game also said space was used to cut thorns, but it never worked for me. I think the scrolls I was picking up added to the research bar, but I am not sure.
With some more polish to make sure the movement works more consistently and actions working better, this game would be pretty enjoyable! I can even see it having different levels with new map layouts that need a different general strategy each time. Good job!
@conduit I couldn't move at first either. But I figured out that if you don't go into the options in the main menu but straight into the game that it works.
Cool little game with nice graphics despite the technical glitches.
I like this! It's pretty fun, but it has quite a few glitches, like the movement bug, and it isn't that clear what to do sometimes. I didn't realise I could attack the moving vines on the tiles as well as the vine guys. I like the range on the sword, but the camera is too zoomed in. The UI is not properly scaled when doing different resolutions (I did fullscreen at 4K). That's not too important, though. I like the music. I think you have experience making music because this was good musically and produced well. It fit the game very well. The growling sound effects are pretty bad, though. This is one of those LD games that could go on to become a proper game on Steam, even if it might be pretty inexpensive once there. Good job!
Simple idea, good graphics, but there is some controls glichs and bugs (and if you restart the game after the end of a first one, you can't move anymore, I had to refresh the page and let the game reload to play it again). Fighting bugs still is time eating and hard to fix in the short time of a jam, so good job anyway!
I like the closing in concept, sound effects and graphics fit together nicely!
Interesting game! Good progression and nice graphics.
