thank you so much!
Explosions were good! I like the inclusion of some settings as well, especially for audio.
Good prototype!
Old Serious Sam vibes. The recoil is too tough though. After first night you can't reliably aim and evade monsters.
But overall it's still very nice!
Strangely, it's very fun to shoot these weird alien zombies. This slippery controls are simple and efficient (I would have loved it if the character could jump like a rabbit). It's hard to hit our target if we're moving, but since zombies tend to group together, it’s not awkward.
overall, good job.
BOOM, Wazowski, BOOM!
I'm watching you, Wazowski. Always watching. Always.
Had fun, great game!
I love the chaotic energy this game has. The extreme weapon and camera sway while running around, the zombies just ragdolling and throwing themselves at you, and the explosions resulting in the bodies flying several feet in the air makes this game hilarious and very enjoyable to me.
I can feel impact. that's rare
@rainbowdied thanks alot for checking out the game!
@nicekot I wish I had time to work on some of that, but unfortunately I couldn't! Thanks for playing man!
@proxy-games ahaha yeah I really love ragdolls and the idea of things moving with physics! Thanks alot for playing!
Thoose crazy aliens are really funny to shoot. Congratulations for making this on your own at so little time.
@jpatchz thank you so much for playing!!
Nice game the trailer looked really good. I had some problems getting it working properly in linux
@timo-strating tysm! I'm sorry if the linux build doesn't work as expected, I had a friend test it for me, it seemed to work alright for him on Arch, but I appreciate you giving it a go! Thanks again!
Fun game, good effort for 2 days. I broke the game! And you watched me live do it!
I started to get a DOOM feel once the music kicked in that was fun. Nothing like shootin up a bunch of purple Mike Wazowskis!
@cam-moore ahaha I'm glad you had fun, I was hoping to try and get a DOOM vibe, thank you so much for playing!
Да тут просто DOOM, Serious Sam и прочие нервно курят в сторонке! Это почти новый шедевр! Так держать! ^_^
Removing camera shake and setting sensitivity to 1 made it a much more enjoyable experience for me. Had some fun blasting aliens :D Good job!
The recoil from the weapon is directly felt, this is cool project! :)
Pretty fun, the explosions look really good and the movement is very dynamic!
Fun game! I like the little monsters lunging themselves closer to the player. I think great addition could be a visible crosshair or trajectory for the shot! Overall good game
This was super silly lol. The sensitivity setting is off the charts somehow, because max was unplayable and even 2 was a little too much. I was able to play on the lowest and that felt okay. I would suggest polishing the movement mechanic a little more, as it wasn't my to my taste. But it was smart to include a settings menu!
I eventually tried to shoot the aliens in the air like skeet shooting, but I never could get one haha. That would have been fun.
@hawkin I apologize for the sensitivity settings, I was new to including an option like sensitivity and I was honestly unsure what was alot and what wasn't, maybe I should have tested further, but I ran out of time then, as for the mechanics, yeah I should have done further polishing, thanks for playing though!
@underdog Don't be sorry! This is all about experimenting and learning :) Few people include a settings menu at all!
And I forgot to mention that the explosions were really satisfying >:)
Thanks for the game!
The smoothness of the camera movement and the inertia of the hand with the weapon is fun. It's weird, but I really enjoyed playing with this strong camera shake.
Mike Wazowski!
