This is very interesting, the game systems are quite complex and well thought, and for that big congratz especially given it's your first game jam.

This one is surprisingly addictive! Smoothies for productivity... Will keep that in mind for my next jam. Took me a while to figure out the pickaxe digs :)
Good job. The game has enough features to have a sense of progression and the music fits well. It would be great if it had some sound effects to make it more engaging.
This game seemed pretty promising, but having to click so much made me quit pretty early on. I got a definite universal paperclips vibe from it which I really enjoyed but unfortunately my wrist is just not that healthy these days.
I like the idea that you need to fix your automatic tools. Its a unique twist that keeps you on your toes
This is a very good clicker game!
I played until the end, but there was not much left to unlock/buy once you reach level 4, which makes it less motivating to continue playing.
I like that it gives you the option to keep playing once you win... and so it would be nice to have some post-game exclusive unlockables :smirk:
Holy clickfest  I whish there was an auto-clicking automation tool... Bringing it to an entirely meta level of clicking
My understanding is that I needed to click a lot! A fun concept - digging deeper and deeper by clicking. Digging deeper into my repetitive strain injury perhaps? Kidding. Obvious improvements would include making it more obvious what was required at the start, and improving the look and feel. I actually quite like the 80s sci-fi synth music! A nice touch! Good luck for the jam!
I'm a sucker for Cookie Clicker so this was my kind of game! Idle games are actually pretty difficult to do right, because it's almost pure progression design, and if you get it wrong then the game is just incredible boring to play. I think you did a great job with the progression, although I think a couple of small changes could make it a better experience.
The UI was all just a bit too big, I think you could've fit a lot more on screen and had it feel less cramped by shrinking down some of the text. Being able to see exactly what current "events" (like worker strike) were happening rather than a log message when they start would be useful too. I thought it was interesting that the buildings needed maintenance, but they broke far too often. Sometimes I'd just finish fixing one and it immediately broke
Overall, you designed a solid idle game loop, great job!
