Pretty good for a first LD jam! I have a couple of easy-to-address critiques: - W is awkward as a jump button, consider using the more traditional spacebar instead - If you don't want the console to appear on game launch, uncheck the debug option when exporting the game - Slightly increase the fire rate. It felt pretty stiff because of the slow fire rate

I liked the sprite work, especially the art on the main menu. I liked the mood and atmoshpere. But thought the enemies took too many hits to kill and the attack was a bit slow.

I like the game! As other people were saying thought I would make the jump be the space bar and increase the fire rate.

The game in my opinion has potential and a nice story can be added to it. Overall it has a nice mood but the combat is something that needs to be improved on

The movement was very slow on my machine, i don't know if this was intended? Cute game, the menu art is amazing :)

Like someone was saying, it's pretty good for a first a Ludum Dare Jam! I personally didn't mind the jump botton being on W, I got used to the controls pretty quickly. The music is fantastic, and I really like the mood of the game. As other people said, the enemies were way too difficult to kill and the fire rate very slow. But overall, you all did a great job!

The Game is good, the problem are the controls, it's weird that "W" is jump, and maybe add some ScreenShake, that will make the game punchier. Also I liked the light effect, you can't see too far and it's great. Well done !

Well done for a first jam attempt, definitely a solid game core you got there. I also think you handled lighting pretty well. I think the game would be improved via some balancing, mainly I think the fire rate should be increased and the spike damage should be lowered a bit.

Great job for your first jam! I was impressed that the platform movement seemed pretty solid. It's tough to get even that down on your first go. I liked the lighting effect as well

Great game for the first LD. I missed the feedback from the interaction, I couldn't see what the enemy dropped, and I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to open the door. Good Job!

Very nice for the first LD game. However, the controls took a bit of getting used to. Jumping with W and interacting with S took a long time to get right. In the beginning I cursed why the spacebar didn't work. D Art is also very nice. I think the game has a good difficulty level. :)

I wish the player should cast the attacks faster! other than that, i really enjoyed the artwork and the music. Great job for your first Ludum Dare!
