I tried it but, despite the art style is really nice, I could not try because it gets stuck as the monster tutorial appears: I start to shoot, it doesn't care and I could not move from "press any arrow to shoot". Keep me up if you fix or if you notice that I misunderstood anything. :) (tried html 5 version)
@leggy Hi! This should be fixed, the web version considers that the arrows are used to scroll the page. Normally when launching the game it should restart it in full screen.
Can you try and tell me if it works? (If not, the downloadable version doesn't have this problem)
Had the same experience as @leggy, got stuck after the "press any arrow to shoot" prompt. (Also only played the HTML 5 version). Feedback regarding the little gameplay I had; great with a tutorial, many games lacks it. Shame about the game-breaking bug tho :(
I played the web version but it just didn't work properly for me. I like the character sprite at least and the rest of the game looks cool from the screenshots :)
The visuals are nice! After the movement tutorial (press w, a, s, d) it switches to the ZQSD control scheme, which while uncomfortable, I was still able to play a few levels!
@bnmkt so thatś what I ended up with: cannot install linux version because I miss some package (should see where to find it for fedora but I have not enough time now :( ) tried again web version, struggled a bit longer to sort it out and figured out that key inputs are all messed up: S and D indeed move bottom and right but A and W dont work; instead you should use Z and Q but it quite game breaking. Could you confirm what I said? and could you please fix it?
by the way, using those key commands I understood that the black monster should not be killed but entered and so i was able to see the beginning of the story. If you fix those keys on the web version I could try it more

A little strange control, for some reason I was only available to QSZD, instead of WASD, which turned out to be very inconvenient.
However, the game itself looks unusual and interesting. Good luck and I wish you to finish this project!
Hey fun game! Binding of Isaac vibes. I think I found a bug where the rewards would sometimes appear before I had killed all the enemies, not sure when it happens specifically though. Overall though, really impressive for 72 hours!
I like the game, good work.
I liked the basic gameplay, simple artwork and the light effects render when you go from one roon of the cavern into another.
Fun game, like the visual!
The game's visuals are really well made, especially the flashlight - like vision, which is so cool. Probably give some sort of info about what each item at the end of level do, that'll be nice. Awesome job :)
The bees look hilarious :smile: I missed the door at stage 0 in my first run and really was stuck in some kind of limbo. Gameplay is nice, but I wished the shooting frequency would be a bit higher. Also the number of enemies at the spawning point seems way too high for me :sweat_smile: Nice entry nonetheless!
