overall, it was a good game, but it would have been better if you explain the objective of the game and had some lore, overall it was a good game! congrats on making you r first ludum dare! hope you check my game too!

It was a nice and fun game, although I felt like I needed a bit more direction of where to go other than just down. Also those are some pretty hostile fish! Kudos on your first game, good job!
Congratulations on completing your project on time! It was satisfying to shoot at the fish but I did notice some interesting sprite layering bugs when overlapping with them.

Nice compo. Cute graphics and sounds. The control of the sub is something you need to get used to first.
This is really good! The gameplay is pretty simple but the level design is surprisingly elaborate—it feels like there’s a ton of stuff to find. I thought I knew all the types of fauna you had but right before I died to a giant fish I saw a jellyfish-thing get ready to attack me as well :smile: The art is charming; I’m impressed with the amount of detail you put into the animations. It would have been nice to have some way to recover health, and maybe more fuel tanks… but as-is it’s reasonably challenging and I did get noticeably better at it from one attempt to the next. Great work; congrats on your first successful LD!
I would maybe have hoped for some more gameplay, and perhaps some music. But for a first successful LD it pretty good.
Cool graphics, lacks some background music, and the ship is a bit too slow for my taste, specially when the fish attack so fast. Overall very solid entry :)
The art is really cool, although I think some of the objects are rendering in the wrong layer, like the fish teeth and the missile is rendered behind the submarine. Some of the hitboxes are a bit fishy and makes it feel sort of unfair when you manage to run away but you still get hit. Overall, very good entry for your first ludum dare and compo game! Congrats!
