Good game, the random generation works, howether the timer feels a little unatural
That was very fun! I love how the time-slow power up works. To anyone playing this game, my highscore is 537. Try to beat me!
Very simple game, but everything is very polished. I think I got to 1200 ft deep with a 750 or so. I didn't even realize how long I was playing, just focused on collecting the fish! The slow down power ups seemed like they came in way too often. It seemed liked I had it on almost the entire play session, and then finally it timed out and I was flying down the screen. It was very hard to react to this since I wasnt able to get a feel for the natural increase in speed as I went further down. The random layers algorithm felt really good and it seemed like it was hand crafted.
Some fish look like chicken legs  funny game A little dizzy due to the increase in the speed of descent to the depth.

This game is so fun! And surprisingly addicting :D Love the music and sound. Had a lot of fun. Great job!
Nice game! It was fun to play. I thought the slowdown bonus lasted too long in the beginning, but at one point, even with the slowdown, the obstacles appeared so fast that it was hard to avoid all of them! Here is my highscore.

very chill, i was meditating and playing pesca.jpg
Really fun! My only issue was how often the slow time appeared! For me, atleast, it was too often. but other than that I loved it all! Got somewhere around 2000!
I appreciate how things got darker the deeper you got. I could honestly see myself sinking a decent amount of time into this to get the best score.
At least to the depth I got I thought the slow-mo clock power-up slowed down the descent a little too much. I found myself avoiding them throughout my playtime.
Man, I did not even get *close* to some of the other players who have commented! I really liked the game, though. I did run into a section where it seemed like no hourglasses were appearing (but perhaps I just didn't see them). I like the style, it felt responsive and I enjoyed playing it. What more can you ask for in a jam game?! Great job.
Nice and fun little game, I also agree with @dylan-morrow that there were a little too many hourglasses!
It was cool to see the new fishes come up. A little too easy with all the hour glasses. Could have been cool to have the items able to move around randomly and not be so structured in lanes.
Nice game! As most people have pointed out the hourglasses are a bit too overpowered, haha. It also feels like there are a few too many hearts spawning. If you don't want to reduce the hourglasses too much another idea could be to make the timer scale with the speed of the descent of the hook - the further down you get (the faster the hook), the faster the time in the hourglass passes as well. Another thing that I noticed was that I sometimes felt like the rocks had past my hook and I started moving to avoid the next layer but still hit the rocks in the previous one. It could just be me being bad however!
If you want to continue working on the game, adding more fish, more obstacles and more powerups could be the next step! Maybe there could be something that made you immune to the rocks for a small amount of time, or a magnet that pulled the fish in to the hook during a short amount of time?
Great job!
I got to 1,000 points and 1,600 meters, and now I'm having an optical illusion... my screen is stretching out vertically!
Very fun at first, I love the discrete lanes that make it easier to dodge. But after I got the angler fish and it got dark, I got bored. The darkness just seems like an annoyance, and the hearts made it so I probably would never lose.
Great simple and polished game. The pixel art was great. Sound effects and music were good. I didn't really care for the blurring at the sides of the screen, it hurt my eyes.
Good job!
Good game! I agree with everyone else about the hourglass power-ups and the scrolling design was a bit distracting. Overall, nice focus on the jam theme!
