I love the look of the main avatar and graphics in general! The music doesn't loop as smoothly as it could but it fits the game really well :D

I love the concept of the game. If you had a little more time to work with it, you could make an amazing final product! I also think you might have mixed up the theme with one of the others (Leave something behind)
Great realisation of the theme. Games with a good story are always great.
The second level was waaay too hard though - in the least a save point at the toothbrush would be appropriate. After well over a dozen tries a gave up...Sorry
Merging story and gameplay together is never an easy task, I imagine the levels get harder as the memories also turn for the worse. I had some issues with respawning on the previous level I was currently playing but ultimately I would like to congratulate you all for making your first game and choosing to tackle such an emotional theme. I hope you learned a lot form this first experience and keep on making games in the future!
Given the cute vibe of the game, I was surprised to find inside a hard as nails platformer! It's also a shame the really nice sprites seem to have been squuished a bit, would have been nice to see them a little bit more clearly, because clearly some love had gone into those items :)
I got to the sweater level and then after failing that 30+ times I decided to give up :D (I also enjoyed that with each level, there was a unique track to set the mood, I wish I'd been able to do that too)
You made a game in 72h! Hope to see you in LD again :)
@freixo yes respawning on a previous level is an issue with the WebGL build unfortunately, I think it's related to refreshing or closing out the tab although there might be other ways to trigger it too. You can try again on a different browser, clear your browsing history on the browser you used, or move on to other Ludum Dare games.
Thanks to everyone who gave our game a try so far and for all the feedback! It's really nice reading all of your comments :)
Solid platformer, but I don't really like how the movement feels, can't really pinpoint what exactly the problem is though. Fitting music, some sound effects would be nice.
Cute character, interesting mechanic of either jumping on or clearing the special circle blocks. I like the music too! I think the movement dynamics of the platforming could use some work, and I was a bit confused about the aspect ratio switch for the dialogue, is it supposed to be on a phone? Also, some visuals for the dialogue would have been good too.
i liked the music and the character was really cute! for me it was way too hard. i couldn't even beat the second level (but i'm also not really good at these types of games. :D) as far as i got the story was very interesting.
Fun game ! I liked the graphics, same as the music and the storytelling. Maybe add some checkpoints all along the path but otherwise it was fun ! I think I would have like the jump to be a bit faster and lesser floating, but it was fine, just a personal preference. Good job for a 1st game Jam !
I don't want to sound too critical, but making the game permanently an ice level / needing to avoid the red circle dramatically reduced the enjoyment I was having. The platforming is already incredibly tight- but with ice physics and needing to dodge the enemy combined it was just unfun. That said, I did beat the game.

I like the story and the character design. The terrain / background could have some more substance though. Overall it was a little rough around the edges, but not 'bad'. The music was really great! And for a game made in 72 hours, you did a pretty good job.
