This is SO COOL!!!

When I turned that valve and the *room* turned, you immediately had my attention. I was hooked. Then the notes about the monster everywhere kept me searching, and I totally ignored the warning about staying away from the wall.

I'm like, mentally trying to come down from this. You've got a gem here. Please nurture it. It's great.

Love the concept and mood, although gameplay is a little hard to figure out!

I don't think I really understand what the valve-turning represents navigation-wise, but the atmosphere is great and I definitely got got despite the warning.

You can feel the mood in this game, love horror indie games, it even scared me but i was sure that i can handle it xD

Good game; wasn't sure what was going on in the screenshots; but it made a lot of sense in-game. Fun aspects; the puzzles of how the world is glued together requires a bit of memorization; but once you have it down, navigation is natural.

The confusion from valve mechanic was great. It added to the horror mood. The feeling of losing oneself in this dark labyrinth and unknown creature hiding in the unlit walls. If you could re brand this mechanic to do something with light it would be more reasonable. Also the theme of the jam is loosely connected.

@seafishelle @mausimus @3lstmsinatrenchcoat @genpaku @bw-devel @ludrol Thanks! I'm glad you have the experience of playing my game that I wanted you to have. If I had more time, I would add more sounds, a map and a different ending to the game. @ludrol I really don't wanna change the walls rotation mechanic to light and dark mechanic. I think this gameplay is something new in horror-puzzle games.

A wonderfully original use of the theme I think, and it controls well. I really enjoyed the rotational mechanic and would love to see it expanded. Are you going to work on this beyond the jam?

artonix 2021-04-28 23:28

@threeli thanks for these kind words. Yes, sure, and I'm already working on update.

This game had a really cool rotation mechanic. It took me a while to get used to, but when I figured it out it became a really cool mindbender. The monster scared me... Good job!

mizatorian 2021-05-02 06:35

Took a while to get used to the mechanics, but it was fun after getting the hang of it. Kept forgetting where I was though and ended up back at the first room - ha ha.

Crazy. I liked the game a lot, I couldn't wrap my mind around how the room was rotating, but was able to figure out the puzzles anyway. And the atmosphere was amazing! Thanks for submitting it to our stream!
